Justin's POV:

There Justin sat. On the school bus, Getting ready to ride to school. He sighed and pulled his black mask over his mouth more. He leaned over toward the window and laid his head against it. His dark brown eyes stared through the transparent glass. The bus stopped again. Justin took a look at all the kids. He noticed there were a few new faces, which wasn't common lots of people choose to be on the bus rather than drive or walk. He sat back up. He watched as the teenagers made their way on the bus. All but one managed to find their seats. It was a boy, a fairly good-looking one, he was wearing an all-black hoodie and he was slowly walking and looking around the area with his brown eyes. Justin could tell he was nervous. He clenched his jaw wondering if he should say something. It wasn't normal and common for him to let anybody sit next to him. Everyone knew that.

Justin let out a low sigh. He raised his head a bit and looked at the boy. "Yo! You wanna sit next to me?" I said patting the leathery and rough seat beside me. The boy instantly looked at him. Some of the kids gave them glances. Justin ignored them but the other boy kept glancing at them nervously. He looked back at Justin and made his way towards his seat. Justin watched him sit down. He looked at Justin awkwardly. And Justin just so happened to smile back, also awkwardly. The boy nodded his head up at him, "I'm Amaar, what about you?" He asked. Justin pulled his mask down. "I'm Justin." He gave Buddy a soft smile, "Never seen you take this bus before, you knew?" Justin watched as Buddy moved his arm to scratch his neck from in his hoodie. "Haha...yeah, my mom grew tired of driving me. She works in the mornings, my dad does too. She said it was wasting her time and she needed to be there for work and not be late anymore. I don't blame her though." Justin nodded slowly, "Oh, dang. Yeah, I know the feeling. My dad works a lot too. My mom, well, she just doesn't wanna drive." They both laughed at his comment and they then slowly drifted into awkward silence. Justin looked at Buddy, who was already looking at him. He was a little surprised but quickly disregarded it. "Wanna be friends?" Justin asked suddenly. Buddy widened his eyes. "Oh! Yeah, sure. I guess since you invited me to sit with you I'd thought we were already friends." He chuckled nervously.
Justin let out a chuckle, "I suppose so."

The bus suddenly stopped. Justin got out his phone and checked the time. 7:08. Just two more minutes until they would be realizes into this hell hole Justin calls: School. He looked out the window. More busses started to pull up and park in their designated As soon as the doors open at 7:10, the bus gets full of kids lining up to leave the bus. Since Buddy didn't get out of his seat fast enough, they were stuck waiting there. Buddy looks at Justin awkwardly, "Sorry" Justin looks at Buddy back. "It's fine. The bus always gets crowded." At this point,
both of them are standing close to each other because the space between the seats is small. As the line slowly comes to an end, Buddy steps out and lets Justin get in front of him. They both exit the bus and start to walk to the school doors, which are pretty far away because of their bus slot. As they are walking in awkward silence, Justin decides to break it. "So, do you know where your classes are? After all, you are new." Buddy looks at Justin as he says that* "No I don't know where my classes are." He chuckles a little, trying not to act embarrassed."It's fine. I can show you around." Justin says. "That would be helpful, thanks." As their conversation comes to an end, they reach the school doors and walk in.

They are getting some looks because Justin is not usually this social or nice to people. Justin ignores all the stares as usual, and so does Buddy they don't seem to mind at all. Buddy grabs his schedule and hands it to Justin, "Here are my classes." Justin glances at Buddy for a bit too long before he looks down at Buddy's schedule looking over it. Justin looked over it and looked at Buddy with a smile. "Hey, we have some classes together!" Buddy shared the smile as well. "Really? Great! How many classes?" He said looking over at the schedule. Justin looked at Buddy, realizing how close he was. He brushed the thought off though and looked back at the schedule. "We have math, English, and PE together." *He said. Buddy reached his hand out. Justin saw it and handed him the schedule. Buddy pulled it closer to him and looked at it. "It says my first class is...History." *He said. Justin grinned. "Yeah, I saw. You have Mr. Darry. He's a pretty decent teacher I hear. Come on, I'll show you where he's located." *He turned toward the school's entrance and began to walk. Buddy looked at him with a soft smile and followed behind
