Previously: The air around them cracked with sexual tension and growing feelings that have yet to be named. There was a new threat in sight and the walls built around Love's heart are slowly but surely falling down as they get closer.

 KARAOKE NIGHT OUT

Love had never been one for distractions. Her strict regimen and relentless ambition left little room for frivolities. But tonight, something felt different. Perhaps it was the way Milk's eyes lit up at the mention of karaoke, a spark that Love hadn't seen in a long time. Or maybe it was Vini's infectious enthusiasm that finally broke through Love's barriers.

As they entered the room, conversations halted, eyes widened. The sight of Love, the feared and revered boss, in a karaoke bar was something no one had ever imagined. But Vini, ever the icebreaker, quickly restored the convivial atmosphere. "Alright, everyone, grab a drink and some fried chicken! Let's think about what we're going to sing!"

Love felt like a fish out of water, her eyes darting nervously as her employees sang, laughed, and indulged. The unfamiliar setting made her uneasy, but her discomfort was interrupted by a piece of fried chicken suddenly hovering in front of her face.

Love hesitated, but complied, surprised by the rich flavor of the snack. Her eyes immediately widened in response.

"No need to think too much, boss. Just eat some chicken and drink your beer." Milk said with an easy smile, her warm chocolate eyes twinkling with playful affection.

Love's stern facade softened as she chewed thoughtfully. Milk's presence beside her was comforting, and Love found herself slowly relaxing into the night.

"Wow, you guys are so cute," Vini gushed, watching Milk feed the feared boss, who, at that moment, looked like a lovesick kitten.

"You promised to tell me how you two got together," he said excitedly to Milk, eager for the full scoop. At once, the side conversations fell silent, with everyone eager to know more about this unusual romance.

Milk looked at Love, who made an innocent face and shrugged, as if to say, "Your friend, so you tell."

Showtime, thought a nervous Milk. She took a deep breath and put a loving smile on her face. "Well, all those late nights of work, the trips, and the fancy dinners made it impossible to resist." Her voice carried the hint of a well-rehearsed line, but the sincerity was there. "We fell in love, and after the sudden accident, we saw no reason to hide our love anymore."

She then reached out and took Love's hand, placing it gently on the table. The diamond ring on Love's finger caught the light, drawing the attention of everyone at the table. With a tender caress, Milk intertwined their fingers, letting the gesture speak volumes about their relationship.

The whole table was captivated. The sight of Milk's hand resting on Love's, combined with the subtle sparkle of the ring, conveyed a romance that seemed both genuine and touching. The soft touches and adoring looks between them made their story feel deeply romantic, leaving everyone sincerely rooting for the couple.

Vini, who was sighing at the moment, began to incite the crowd for a kiss from the couple.

Milk's hand shook slightly as she brushed a strand of hair away from Love's face. Her heart pounded in her chest, each beat echoing the unspoken words between them. The warmth of Love's breath fanned Milk's lips, sending a shiver down her spine.

As their lips met, it was as if time itself paused—the world around them faded away, leaving only the electric connection between them. Milk's lips moved against Love's with a gentle yet insistent pressure, tasting the sweetness of the soju still lingering on her tongue.
