In the Stargate room in Atlantis was in Chaos the stargate had activated unexpectedly, alarms blaring as a team of solider rushed into positions. Dr.Weor stood at the command console, her heart racing think whoever dial the gate on the other side knows about Atlantis. John Sheppard and his men had their weapons drawn, aiming at the Stargate waiting for whoever it was to come out the other side. Suddenly, the sound of heavy boots echoed down the corridors the team barely had time to react before a group of towering figures in heavy armor marched in, weapons gleaming under the faint light of the room. Their armor was unlike anything the Humans ever seen  massive and imposing, reminiscent of ancients warriors, but more advanced, almost alien in its construction the led figure stepped forward, his eyes burning with determination beneath his helmet.

John Sheppard tightened his grip on his weapon taking a step forward. "Who the hell are they?" He muttered under his breath. "Do no shot!" She  ordered her voice steady but filled with tension. The humans stood, weapons raised, but they were clearly outmatched the armored warriors moved with precession, positioning themselves in a shield wall in front of John team as the gate was behind there backs cutting off any escape route to the gate and some at key doors point blocking them. John glanced around not, liking the odds they were heavily outnumbered and, worse, they didn't know what they were up against. Weir looked at the lead warrior, assuming it was the leader, her heart pounding. "I'm Dr. Elizabeth Weir. We come in peace. We don't want any conflict with you." She said.

The lead warrior visor locked onto hers eyes he raised his hand, and the room fell silent then in a voice deep and commanding, he spoke in a language unfamiliar to most of the humans but instantly recognizable to the city's systems, the Lantean  language. "I Commanded this gate to close!" he said. Instantly, the Stargate which had been humming with power, went dark the swirling vortex of the wormhole collapsed into nothingness Elizabeth's eyes widened in shock he had someway control of the Stargate.

John tensed, his eyes shifting fromt he warriors to the dormant gate his instants screamed to fight, but he knew the situation was slipping out of his control. Whoever they are, had the upper hand and they clearly knew more about Atlantian's technology than his team did. The warriors raised their weapons, aimed at the humans John raised his won weapons in response and the rest of military personnel but he could see the grim look on weir face she didn't want this to turn into a onside firefight nether did he, but they were running out of options. Just then, Teyla, who had been standing beside John, stepped forward slowly she wasn't sure what it was, but there was something familiar, something deep, about the led armored figure. Her eyes locked onto him, and for the briefest moment, their gazes met a flash or recognition seemed to pass between them, something ancient, something powerful.
