Horror Dream - The Broadcast

(Host) POV

"Hello and welcome to the second day. Today a bag will be given to each of you. Inside the bag, there will be one torch, a small blanket, a pocketknife and a first aid kit. Of course, if the Healer has chosen you, you will be automatically healed. And as everyone can see, some people have magical powers or some power of a sort. Even the Healer, who already has a power, will have a second one. The rules of this game are once again" the speaker went on and on for another half hour to explain the rules once more. Soon, the broadcast ended, and I felt dizzy. ("I "is describing Minho POV) 

Bangchan POV

The kid next to me stumbled then fell. It was Minho, and he had fell unconscious. I caught him in the nick of time before his head hit the floor. I didn't know him, he didn't know me, but I knew that as the oldest of the group, I had to help him. The people surrounded the guy on the floor, and I beckoned to them to get out of my way. I picked Minho up and dragged him to the nearest sofa. 

Everyone huddled over instantly. They asked questions like, is he okay? Did he die? Is he breathing? I asked everyone to get their senses together and go back to give him some space. Felix helped me get a cloth and check his forehead. He was still breathing, and he had supposedly just fainted.  30 minutes later, he still didn't wake up. Another 20 minutes passed and he didn't wake up. After an hour of tireless staring, he began to stir. He groaned and his eyelids flickered open. He murmured sleepily and I threw my hands around his neck and cried for joy. 

The people huddled together looking anxiously soon turned into relief and they too, began shaking his hand or hugging him. After the small interaction, it was time to go pack and go to sleep. 

*Dinner*

For dinner we were served tacos, steaks and chips with a bowl of mango ice-cream and coconut jelly for dessert. Jeongin, Seungmin and Felix, once again, were the chefs. They were very good at cooking, and I learnt that Felix was awesome at baking, Seungmin was a fast learner and Jeongin helped out. Everything went together so well, and the salsa sauce was amazing. We helped wash the dishes and stacked them in a corner of the dishwasher.

*Sleep*

Since we had to share a room and a bed with someone, I got Changbin as my partner. The second night went much more peacefully with no awkward greetings and whatsoever. I found myself holding Changbin's waist before falling off to sleep. I didn't remember much, but Changbin rolled back on his side of the bed and looked at me in a daze before pulling me for a hug. We stayed like that the second night.

*3rd day*

The day was going great. I was a bit confused with all the huddling, but I realised they were trying to make alliances. I knew it would be absurd, but it would be better for 2 people to have your back, right? So I teamed up with Hyunjin and Seungmin, both willing to have me as an ally.

I figured out that Felix was with Minho and Jisung, Me with Hyunjin and Seungmin, and Jeongin with Changbin. Just as the platter of pancakes were passed around the table, the broadcast blared on and told us in a few minutes, the game would start. Everything was hectic, until the room went dark.
