Chapter 19

After finding out how much I was worth, I stood up and walked away in shock. Scott and Liam called out after me, but I didn't listen. When I turned the corner I pushed my back up against the wall and slid down it. This can't be happening. I'm worth more then Scott!! Why?? Why am I even on the list? Am I even supernatural? Soon I began crying. What if I die? I don't want to die! I want to grow up and get married and have kids!

What am I going to do?

Eventually I stood up and wiped away my tears. Seconds after, the bell rang. I walked outside to see Lydia. I ran to her and gave her a hug.

"Woah. Hey what's wrong?", she asked me.

"You haven't seen it yet?"

"Seen what?"

I handed her the updated Deadpool list and she covered her mouth in shock.

"Oh my god! Lexi it's okay! we'll get through this", she said trying to comfort me.

"No it's not okay! I am worth more than Scott! The true alpha! I don't want to die! When I grow up I want to have kids and get married. Not die at 14!", I told Lydia. She hugged me again. We stood there for a while and I broke it apart.

"We should go get ready for the bonfire", I suggested.

"You're still going to that?", Lydia asked in shock.

"Well if I'm going to die. Might as well drink it away", I told her.

Lydia dressed me up in these black skinny jeans, a lavender shirt, an olive jacket, and converse. She did my make-up and curled my hair also. She even drove me to the bonfire even though she wasn't going. I gave her a quick thanks and hopped out of the car.

I walked over to where Liam and Mason were and when he looked at me is mouth like dropped.

"Wow. I mean Hey Lexi", he looked me up and down again. "No I meant wow". I just giggled. I looked over and saw Malia dancing. "Hey guys i'll be right back", I told them.

I walked over to Malia and asked her, " Do you have anymore of that", Referring to her jug of vodka.

"Yea, here", she said handing me a full one from her pocket. "Thanks I owe you one", I said and walked back to Mason and Liam.

"And she's back! With not a very good substance. Why are you drinking Lexi?", Mason asked with concern.

"I hit that moment in life where I need to be reckless till I die stage", I responded. Mason looked at me confused, but Liam on the other hand just nodded. I took the jug that Malia gave me and chugged all of it down in less than a minute.

"Lexi, are you sure your feeling alright?", Mason asked.

"Yeah! Why wouldn't I be?", I asked grabbing a beer from the cooler and chugging it down. Mason saw how fast I was drinking tonight and asked, "You really want to get wasted tonight don't you?"

"No, more like I want to forget the past 3 weeks", I responded and Liam looked hurt.

"Oh relax I don't mean you, and you should know that", I said grabbing another beer.

5 beers and 7 vodka shots later I feel great! Liam looks like a sad puppy drinking his worry's away. Well I'm doing that to, just acting a different way.

"Liam, Do you want to dance?", I asked him.

"No Thanks. I really don't like dancing", he responded. I shrugged.

"Okay... Whatever", and I get this brilliant idea.

I run out to the dance floor and grab the first gay dude there.

"Hey can you dance with me? I'm trying to make my boyfriend Jealous", I asked him.

"Yeah sure, but you know i'm not into girls right?"

"Oh yea I know, and I have a perfect guy for you to meet after"

He smiled and we began to dance. When we were dancing two other guys came up to us and started dancing really close to me. I looked over at Liam who looked so jealous. I just winked.

Once the song was over I grabbed the guy I asked to dance with.

"What's you're name?"

"Mitchel"

I grabbed Mitchel's hand and dragged him over to Mason and Liam. Liam looked so pissed and jealous... I loved it!

"Hey guys! This is Mitchell. Mitchell meet Liam and Mason", I introduced them.

"Oh yea! I almost forgot! Mason you told Liam to find you a guy. Well here you go! Have fun!", I looked at the shock on Liam's face. Mason went off with Mitchell and i stood in front of Liam.

"Okay, so I'm going to ask again", I said. "Will you dance with me?".

Liam looked at me with a serious face. Man I got him good. Finally he got up and put his drink down then looked at me.

"I hate you", he said. I smiled.

"You Love me Liam Dunbar!"

He was trying to make a serious face, but that broke into a smile. He grabbed my hand and led me out to the dance floor. They started to play a slow song. Liam put his arms around my waist, and I threw my arms over his neck. The song playing was called "Give Me Love", by Ed Sherran. Man how I love this song.

I rested my hand on his chest as we swayed through the song. I wish this moment would never end, but sadly it did. When the song was over Liam dragged me back to the table were Mason was.

"It wasn't that bad!", I told Liam who looked glad it was over.

"I didn't like it that's all", Liam argued. I rolled my eyes and turned away from him.

"So Mas-" I was interrupted by Scott. He rushed over to us looking like he was about to panic.

"Liam, how much have you had to drink?", then Liam looked woozy, and blinked his eyes a few times. Was he drunk? He's a werewolf he can't get drunk.

"Not as much to get him like this", Mason stated.

"Something's happening we need to get-", Scott stopped talking as he fell to his knees.

"It's the music!", Scott yelled. "We need to turn off the music".

Suddenly these guys came and picked up Liam, Malia, and I.

"Hey what are you doing? These are my friends?", Mason yelled.

"Your friends are toxicated and need to be sent out", one of the men said.

"Okay. I'll come with them", Mason stated.

"That won't be necessary", the other man said

"What are you-", Mason was knocked down by one of the men and we were rushed away.

'And this is where my life ends', I thought.
