∞༺♥༻✧ TAKING DANIEL RICCIARDO'S PLACE IN FORMULA ONE WAS NEVER ON ELSIE PEARCE'S 2024 BINGO CARD. It came as a shock to everyone during the post-race interview of the 2023 Abu Dhabi Grand Prix when Daniel Ricciardo announced his retirement from Formula One, only a few months after returning to the sport. And it only took a few days after that for Red Bull's junior team, RB, to announce that Elsie Pearce would be filling that second seat.
Now, months into the 2024, Logan Sargeant gets dropped and is replaced by Franco Colapinto. Franco, Formula 2 rookie who hadn't even completed a full season yet. Franco, who's the biggest flirt Elsie knows. Franco, who Elsie is certain is trying to flirt with her any chance he gets. According to him, there was never a missed opportunity to do so.
