Kasumi and her friends finally arrived in the spring County after five days of running as Kasumi immediately led them to the daiymo palace where they saw several guards.

The Guards saw Kasumi as they smiled as one of them said.

Kasumi what are you doing here" the guard asked.

I'm here to see Koyuki" Kasumi said as the guards nodded as they let Kasumi, Hinata and the Konohamaru squad enter the building as Kasumi immediately led them to Koyuki office.

Kasumi entered the office and saw that Koyuki was cursing while doing paperwork as Kasumi smiled and said.

Koyuki you know that if you continue to frown like that then your pretty face will be ruined" Kasumi said as Koyuki gasped in surprise as she looked up and said.

Kasumi you back here so soon and how are they" Koyuki asked as she pointed at Hinata and the Konohamaru squad

These are my friends Hinata, Moegi, Udon and Konohamaru" Kasumi introduced as Koyuki smiled and said.

So what are you doing here Kasumi" Koyuki asked as she found it strange that Konoha didn't inform that some ninjas were coming to the spring County.

Kasumi then began to explain everything that has happened in Konoha and by the end of it Koyuki was mad as she turned to one of her guards and said.

Send a message to all the nations and inform them of what Konoha has done" Koyuki said as the guard nodded and ran out the room.

Konoha has gone to far and its time for them to learn that their actions have consequences" Koyuki raged as sent a letter to Konoha that would basically inform them that the spring County was cutting their alliance with Konoha.

Well that was interesting" Udon said as he already knew that Konoha was in deep shit now that their alliances with the other villages are being cut one by one.

So were are you going to stay now" Koyuki asked as she wasn't sure if Kasumi and her friends wanted to stay in Yukigakure due to that place being so cold.

Well I was wondering if you would allow me and my friends to transform Getsugakure into a fully functional shinobi village" Kasumi said.

Are you sure, nobody has step foot in Getsugakure ever since it was destroyed in the first shinobi war" Koyuki said.

I'm positive with you help we can transform Getsugakure into the strongest shinobi village in the world and also rub it in Konoha's face and show them that they are not as strong as they think they are" Kasumi said.

Koyuki thought about the proposal as she smiled and said.

Ok, you have my permission to rebuild Getsugakure" Koyuki said as everyone cheered.
