"I'm.. sorry..."

III: ~ no... ~

Max was extremely worried for Alex. Alex was at home spending the day with his family. He gave his parents some gifts before retreating to his room without saying anything..
"Spend a day with my family" check.
Alex checked the next thing off on the list, everything was ticked off apart from the last one..
"Overdose"..
That was tomorrow.

It's the next day and again Alex didn't go to school, he went out to many abandoned alleys looking for someone, and after a couple of hours of looking he found the guy. A drug dealer. He bought all of his drugs, about a whole bottle of pills definitely enough to kill him from an overdose. Just what he wanted.

It was the end of the day usually when school ended when Alex decided to go out to a field where him and Max used to hand out. It was a large luscious green field with a singular tree in the middle, in Alex's opinion a beautiful place to die. Alex pulled out his note pad and started writing in in.
"Spend time with my friends" check.
"Clean my room" check.
"Give max my belongings as a gift on his birthday" check.
"Spend time with my family" check.
"Overdose"... check..
Alex grabs the pills were in and opens the bottle and grabs a bottle of water as he then pours all the pills in his mouth and uses water to help them down..

Little did Alex know Max was looking for him and well he saw Alex walk into the field and lean against the tree.. he saw Alex.. overdose..
"ALEX NO!" Max yelled as tears welled up in his eyes. Max started sprinting over the tears falling down his face. Max made it over to Alex and dropped to his knees he snatched the bottle out of his hands but he was too late Alex already took them all, Max dropped the bottle and shook Alex begging for a reply.
"No.. no.. cmon.. Alex wake up.. WAKE THE FUCK UP PLEASE!!" He yelled begging for him to wake up and he did.. but Alex's pupils were dilated and he was high as fuck but he was also very very dizzy.
"Damnit Alex.. why.." Max asks softly as tears fall down his face but then he notices Alex fall dizzy and then Alex's eyes fell shut. Max then felt like he couldn't breathe as he pulled Alex into his lap.
"No.. no.. no no no... Alex.. no.. please!" Max let's out a choked sob "please wake up.. please.."
Max pleaded but.. Alex didn't wake up...
