SIX
"It's strange to think about... but how boring my dream holiday would have been if I didn't nearly become roadkill? I wouldn't have met you guys!"
Luisa Sofia Jimenez Ortiz spoke with a smile upon her face, her skin tanned and glowing radiantly, black sunglasses upon her eyes that she had stolen from Pierre.
"Yeah, you would just be looking at architecture, which is so boring in comparison to hanging out with us."
Arthur Leclerc grinned as he spoke, his hand raised above his face to cover his eyes, since Charles had stolen his sunglasses, his body directly beside that of Luisa.
"Yeah, or you'd be a pancake on the road. You had no spacial awareness... you still don't."
Lorenzo Leclerc laughed, wrinkles forming around his sunglass covered eyes from the intensity, knowing just how close the young woman had come to being killed by a car when they had first met.
Arthur had saved her life, and yet she seemingly hadn't learnt anything, jumping in to the ocean whilst being unable to swim, running across busy streets without looking, it was almost as if she was trying to get herself killed.
"I like to think that you were always going to meet us."
Pierre Gasly laughed, his ocean blue eyes covered by the sunglasses that he had stolen from Charles since Luisa had taken his, refusing to steal them back.
She could have them.
"I've actually found friends, for once in my life. Pierre, you're pretty great." Luisa found herself grinning as she laughed, lifting her hand up so that the Gasly man could high five her.
The three Leclerc brothers simultaneously sat up, staring at her with their eyebrows raised, their faces filled with shock as if they were wondering where she had the audacity to not mention them.
"Uh, hello?"
Arthur waved his hands around in front of his face, his bottom lip protuding outwards as if he was a kicked puppy, which only caused the laughs from Luisa and Pierre to grow.
The duo were practically wheezing from the looks on their offended faces, small, clear droplets of tears leaving the corners of their eyes.
"Querido, you know that I'm glad to have you." Luisa giggled, lightly kissing the cheek of the youngest Leclerc, his face suddenly becoming very red, his eyes wide and frozen.
Charles and Lorenzo shot their heads to face one another, obviously both surprised by what she had just done, most likely without thinking.
"Ma moitié, you know that I am happy that you're here. You are very fun to be around." Arthur blushed as he spoke, rolling his eyes at the three of his brothers who were subtly mocking him, pulling a face at Charles who only returned the favor.
"And I will always be here to bring the fun!"

"I think that Luisa is forgetting that she has to go home eventually."
Lorenzo Leclerc spoke with a sad look upon his face, a feeling in his heart that hurt when mentioning it, because if he was being honest, he didn't want her to go.
He liked looking after her, chasing or shouting after her when she would run away to do something stupid.
"No, I think that she is just enjoying her time here whilst she can."
Charles Leclerc responded with a wave of his hand, dismissing what his brother was saying. He understood that she was enjoying herself, letting loose. Why wouldn't she?
She was having fun on the holiday that she had been saving up towards, for years.
Let the girl have her fun, he thought.
"Arthur is getting way too attached, I'm worried about how upset he'll be when she goes." Lorenzo shook his head from side to side, able to see that his youngest brother was blinded by her and couldn't see past the fact that she was going to be leaving in under two weeks.
"He's an adult, Enzo. He can always travel to see her in Puerto Rico if he wants to, and she gets on well with mum, remember that. Mum will let her stay for as long as she wants, they can always travel to see each other, it's not the end of the world." Charles reassured, patting his older brother on the shoulder.
"You've been in long distance relationships, Charlie. You know that they don't work."
"They do if it's with the right person." Charles denied, determined to defend the duo who were currently rollerskating together. "We've both seen how they react around one another, it's obvious. If it doesn't work out, then they will know, but we can't force them in to a reality that we want."
"I hope you're right."
"It's their lives, now it's time to let them live it."

"So... what's your favorite animal?"
Arthur Leclerc questioned as he sat opposite his best friend, his smile growing the longer that he stared at her, the pair patiently waiting for the food that they had ordered at one of the best restaurants in Monte Carlo.
"Easy, a hippopotamus! They're quite scary with how much power they have, but they have super cute faces, I love them! What about you?"
Luisa Sofia Jimenez Ortiz responded with barely a second thought, her mind immediately thinking of the animal, wishing that she could hug one.
She couldn't, she would become food within a second, which sucked.
"I love dogs." Arthur nodded his head up and down as he answered, his mind wandering. "I want to get a dog... what would you call the dog?"
"I like naming my pets after animated characters in movies, so probably Rex or Mister Potato Head, I love Toy Story, it's probably my favorite movie." Luisa blabbed on until the food arrived, not noticing the look upon the face of the Monégasque who was definitely taking mental notes.
Since they had been rollerskating through the streets, they had gotten quite hungry, so Arthur had suggested the idea of going out to dinner, he liked it being just the two of them.
In general, he liked Luisa and how she always wanted to be with him.
Her cheeks were puffed out slightly as she ate, making her appear to be a little bit like a chipmunk, which he found absolutely adorable.
Overall, everything about her was adorable.
The way that she would curse in Spanish if she dropped something, the way that she would slightly stick her tongue out if she was concentrating, the little nose scrunch that she did every single time that she sneezed, the little song that she would sing to herself every single time that she was falling asleep.
Even the way that she tied her shoelaces completely the wrong way was adorable to the point where he would just watch as she did so, refusing the teach her the easiest way to do them, her method being just like her.
Hilarious and adorable.
God, he was so glad that he had found her.
