I started to get ready as today was the most important day in my life when I was finally going to get a job..Also I never thought that I would get a job so easily. It's all because of my best friend..! Without her help maybe I wouldn't had get a job so easily.
I combed my hair carefully and wore a simple long skirt..I was eating my breakfast when I heard a voice from backside.
"Are you going to start working from today?"-My stepmom asked and I turned around.
I nodded my head as a yes keeping my head low.
"Best of luck for today." She said as she started to come towards me and started to caress my hair that made me smile a bit.
"Thank you mom".. I said as I quickly left from there with my bag as I was already late.
Yeri was standing there waiting forme..She saw me coming and waved at me.
"Oh look we are so late it's already 7:45 here"- She said as she looked towards the watch.
"But how are we going to the mansion" - I asked curiously.
"I've called a taxi But why it still is not coming.. Oh oh look it is here.."
We sat on the taxi and started to go towards the mansion.
I was just adoring the view of hills and valleys while we were on the taxi ride..They were looking so beautiful but my eyes got caught by a big golden gate that seemed to hide a lot of things inside.
I was just looking at the golden gate when the taxi stopped right Infront of the gate.
I was confused as I didn't knew what was happening.
"Let's get out Y/N..We have reached the mansion." - Yeri said as I blinked towards her 2 times and again looked towards the gate blinking 2 times.
I walked towards the golden gate while clutching my skirt tightly due to nervousness.
Suddenly the gate got opened revealing a big mansion that made me open my mouth in a surprised way.
"Are you sure I am going to work here?" I asked Yeri in confusion.
"Yes, my princess" She said grabbing my hand in her hand.. She called her uncle in the gate through phone and he arrived.
"You know what Y/N you are so lucky to get this job, because it's salary is more than that of our school's teacher." - She said that made me too much surprised.
"You mean a maid's salary is more than that of teacher's salary?" - I asked her with a suprised expression.
She nodded her head with a smile..
"Ohh-You are Y/N.. You must be very scared because it's the first time you are coming to work..But don't feel nervous, I will guide you if you need something and there are other maid working with you so don't feel nervous, you will slowly get used to it.." - He said smiling to me.
"You can come inside " He said showing me the direction..which made me become nervous.."Oh Y/ N there's nothing to be nervous.. Don't feel like that. Now I should also return to my home."
Yeri said to me and I nodded in response.
I clutched my skirt in fear as there were so many guard standing outside with big big guns.
But upon looking at the surrounding my face started to brighten..Even though it was looking a little scary but it still was beautiful.
There were pools, big gardens, and mansion in the front but my eyes caught many helicopter and private jets that were parked in the left side of the mansion where there was a lot of space..It looked like a big airport.
My neck started to pain when I looked at the mansion that was very tall and big..It looked like a palace..I was thinking if there was really a king living here because why would a normal person make this big mansion and live here..
The bodyguards were standing there with guns that seemed more big than me.. Why was there so much security? I thought to myself.
I was keeping my head's low everytime while we were on the way to the mansion.But when I looked straight for one time my eyes got widen by the view Infront of me.
It looked more like a palace than a palace itself..The floor was shining clear than a mirror and it was so slippery that me hard to balance myself but still I kept the balance because I don't want to make a fun of myself at the first day.
The stairs were more hypnotising than anything.. Uncle started to walk towards the backside of the mansion.. I was following him like a lost puppy keeping my head low..I was just wishing I wouldn't fall because of this slippy floor.
He stopped that made me stop too.And when I looked straight my eyes even got more widen.
"How can a kitchen be so beautiful.." I thought to myself.
There was just not a kitchen..There were many kitchen inside the big room..there were many maids working inside the kitchen, some were cleaning the floor, washing dieshes, some were helping the chef to prepare some food and some were speaking and laughing with each other.. But I found that no one looked like the same age as mine..They were looking like they were in their 30's.
"Mina, can you come here." Uncle called a maid that was speaking and laughing with other maids
"Yes sir," She replied politely..
"She is a new maid, please guide her about her work." Uncle told her and left from there to another kitchen.
"Hello I am Mina, and you?" She asked me that made me come back to sense.
"I a-m Y/N " I said smiling to her.
"You look very young Y/N..Why are you coming to work as maid without studying" She said to me that made me look down nervously.
"Ahh, I am sorry if I made you uncomfortable..I just thought that you should study in this age." She said to me that made me look towards her..
"Come, I will introduce you to my friends." She said and grabbed my hands that made me a flinch a little.
"She is a new maid here.. Her name is Y/N.." She said and made me stand Infront of her friends.
"Hi,I am Soojin." One girl introduced "Me,Sana" Another girl also introduced.
"I am mia." Another girl said rolling her eyes.
"Are we going to work with a child, seriously." That mia girl said looking at me with disgusted face..
"Mia, don't say like that." Mina said glaring at her defending me..
"You don't need to do anything more, Just help some chef in preparing food..You are new here so we shouldn't pressure you in doing anything more.. But first of all change in the maid cloth. Soojin,go and help her to change in maid cloth in that room."
Mina said and I followed her in changing room and changed into maid cloth..It was
looking so pretty.
