Chapter 3: Hellfire
When Sarah was in Russia, she called a taxi and headed to the hotel where she was staying. "Thank you, sir," Sarah said with a smile. "No problem, and don't worry—the LASF is paying for the trip." The driver said. "Sound good," Sarah said. With that, they left the airport.
When Sarah entered her hotel room, a boy awaited her. "Hello, Sarah Davidson. My name is Ryan Lucus, and I will be helping you out on your recon mission." He said. "Nice to meet you," Sarah said as she shook his hand. "So you're going to help me out?" "Yes, and we need to be careful and ensure he doesn't see us," Ryan said. "Well, unpack. We will be here for a while, about five months." "Why that long?" Sarah asked. "Cuz how long he is going to be here, he going to see his inner circle here and plan something big," Ryan said. Sarah set up the sniper rifle on the room's window. "So when do we make our first move?" Sarah asked. "In two days, so we must wait for that time," Ryan said. "So we beat him here?" Sarah asked. "Pretty much, but don't think they haven't forgotten your face here," Ryan said. "The Russian SWAT team may try to get us at times. With him in power, he is saying that all Americans are evil." "So he minds controlling them with lies?" Sarah asked. "Yup, and now I'm heading to town to get us lunch. Be back in a bit." Ryan said. "Ok, see ya," Sarah said. She got her sights off and started to clean it. "Damn to think that they would put me on the most wanted list here," Sarah said to herself. "This country needs a new leader." Sarah kept cleaning her sight. She said, and her phone rang. Sarah answers it. "Hello," Sarah said. "You setting in nice?" Jonathan asked. "Yes, but this whole country wants me dead," Sarah said. "We are two days early, sir; he is not here yet." "It could be a trap. Be on your toes and watch for anything weird, Lucus." Jonathan said. With that, she kept cleaning her sights.
A few minutes later, Ryan came back with food. "Hey Sarah, I'm back with Lunch." He said with a smile. "Great, I'm so hungry from the trip," Sarah said as she sat on the bed. He and she open one bag, putting their hands in it simultaneously. Both Ryan and Sarah blushed. "Um, I'm sorry about that..." Sarah said as her face got redder. "It ok up take you food and then let me ok..." Ryan said. "Um, right," Sarah said as she pulled out a burger and fries. "So Ryan, your last name. I work with someone who has that." Sarah said. "Really," Ryan asked. "Yeah, he's a good guy too," Sarah said. "So, who are the key targets?" "Our first one is Ryo Hanto. He is one of Sam Burns' best men and is coming to the meeting first." "Why is he first?" Sarah asked as she took a bite of her burger. "He is there to take shots and check with Sam. We get him, and he has a free game after that." "Sounds good to me. When is he coming?" Sarah asked. "Tomorrow, check out the meeting room," Ryan said. "We can strike when he comes out." "Good idea, he won't know what hit him," Sarah said. "Now eat so you won't complain," Ryan said. "All right," Sarah said, and with that, she ate her meal.
After she ate, she headed down to the lobby. There was two Russian cops came in. Sarah was ready to pull out her gun. From what she had heard, they were looking for her. She took cover behind an old box of meat. She waited for them to leave. They kept looking for her. Sarah got one of them, killed them, and hid the body, leaving a vial of blood for the other cop to follow. He saw where she was and when she was. Then she kicked him in the nuts hard and shot him in the head. She hid the bodies and returned to the room with towels for the shower.
When she got back up, Ryan was waiting for her. "You got the towels we need?" He asked. "Yup, and we should be good for now," Sarah said. "What took ya so long?" Ryan asked. "Two cops were down there looking for me, and I took them out," Sarah said. "How many?" Ryan asked. "Only two and I hide the bodies, so we are good for now," Sarah said as she headed to the shower. "Well, it's good that you hide the bodies," Ryan said. "Yes, but it won't be long till the Russian soldiers find them and hunt us down," Sarah said. "I hope not," Ryan said.
