I had been home for a few days. After Felix had dropped me off, I hadn't left. My dreams were getting more and more vivid, and I was too sick even to stand anymore. I was getting weaker every day. I was getting frequent texts from Felix with him checking up on me. Me and Miko didn't go on our daily runs. Instead, we took a quick walk that wasn't too far and then headed home. I hadn't seen Felix sense the night I met his friends; he was worried sick, but I insisted that it was fine.

"Y/n!!" I heard knocking. "Open up." It was Minyu.

"It's open!" I yelled, too weak to get off the couch.

"Have you been sitting here all day?" She closed the door behind her.

"More like the past four days now." I laughed, but it was faint and weak.

"We need to get you out of here." She laughed. "Why don't you come with me to the club tonight?" I was too scared to tell her that I was still feeling sick.

"You know that's not my scene." I shrugged.

"It'll be fun. You don't have to drink either. Just let loose and have a good time." She smiled.

"I am just so tired these days, Min." I paused. "But if it makes you feel better, I'll go." She cheered with excitement.

"I promise I'll have you home by 10 pm. I know you hate staying out late." She stood up. "I'll come by and pick you up around 7?" I nodded as she walked out the door.

I carefully stood up, making my way to the bed. Miko was right behind me as I held onto the counter for support and then switching to the walls as I walked down the hallway. "Ah!" I bent over as my ears started to ring harder than they have been. It felt as if my head was going to explode as I saw blood hit the floor. I lifted my hand up under my nose to catch it as I limped to the bathroom. I bent down in front of the sink wiping it off and washing my hands, grabbing a towel to clean the floor in the hallway. Right then my phone had buzzed.

Felix: No run today? Are you feeling okay?

Me: I'm just a bit tired today.

Felix: If you need anything, call me.

Me: I promise I'm okay. Don't worry about it.

I put my phone back in my pocket as I walked back out into the hallway, getting down on my knees to wipe the blood off the floor. Miko was in front of me, whining. "What's wrong?" He barked back at me as he got into my lap. "Miko, I am trying to clean," I was frustrated as he refused to move. He barked once more but this time it was muffled, and my vision was blurry. Everything went black as I fell backwards.

I couldn't see anything, and I couldn't move. "Y/n!" I heard a faint scream. "You're sick again." The voice echoed all around the room. "It's my fault... why are you sick?" The voice was in agony, but I still could not see.

"Felix?" I whispered. It sounded like his voice. Did he find me on the floor? "I can't..." I trailed off. "See anything." There was no answer as I drifted off into complete nothing. The noise stopped, the voice stopped, and I could no longer talk. What felt like a few minutes turned into three hours. I slowly opened my eyes to see Miko lying next to me, I was barely able to grab my phone. "7:02 p.m." I repeated to myself to ensure I was alive. I heard a knock at the door.

"Y/n!" It opened as Miko ran to it, barking the whole way.

"Minyu." I could not scream. I couldn't move. My vision became blurry once more as my hearing began to die out.

"Oh my god!" I faintly saw Minyu turn the corner as everything went black once more.

Everything was cold, I was cold. I wasn't moving, but I wasn't dead. Water was running, i could hear it. Drip, splash, crash. Rest. I need rest, but I'm resting? Water hits my feet, I can't see it but I feel it. I gasp as I open my eyes. "I can see." I grab my face. I sit up, but I'm not home. I'm at the beach, laying in the sand. My shirt is torn to pieces and blood is dripping from somewhere unknown. "Minyu!" She was the last person I saw, where is she? I'm frantic as I move around. I run down the shoreline, but it never ends. It's endless and I am too weak to continue. "Felix?" I scream, maybe this is some kind of a prank. Yet, it doesn't feel real.

"There you are." I heard a man; I turn around quickly. "I've been looking everywhere for you." He smiled, handing me flowers. "You look the same as you did the last time we met here." He grabbed my hand and put his hand against my cheek. "But this time, you look healthier."

"Felix?" I paused. "What are you doing here?" Was this a dream? Am I hallucinating?

"We always meet here." He smiled.

"No, we don't." I grabbed his hand gently. "We have never met here before. I'm supposed to be going out with Minyu. Does she know I'm here?"

"Do you know you're here? She's waiting. It's time to wake up." He walked away. Before I could say anything, cold water coursed my veins as if I were drowning. "If you don't wake up now, you'll die again." Water was covering my head as everything seemed to go dark once more.

I gasped as I sat up coughing. "Are you okay?" Minyu was right next to me.

"Min, what happened?" I was in a hospital room.

"Y/n." She grabbed my hand. "You died." Before I could say anything, she cut me off. "It's okay, it was only for a few seconds, and they brought you back. You're okay now." The doctor walked in before I could answer. Did I really die?

"Your scans came back." He looked down. "I'm so sorry." He sat in the seat next to my bed. "You have a tumor in your head, but there's no way we can remove it. It has been there for too long. If we remove it, you'll die during operation. You only have roughly six months left to live."

"There has to be something you can do." Minyu cried. "Tell me there's something you can do to fix it!"

"Anything we do now will kill her/him/them or will make it worse. I'm so sorry." I looked down into my lap as he stood up and closed the door.

"Am I really dying?" I looked over at Minyu.

"No! You're not." She pulled me in closer to her. "You're okay, I promise."
