***Kevin POV***

I clutched my chest as I tried to take a breath. Questions were just spiraling threw my head as I tried to take in what I just saw. Aria just kicked some guys ass without beating a sweat. Reminds me of when Alex used to do that. I remember that one time Alex kicked my ass in practice and I ended up kissing her, which ended in her crying. Wow I was such an ass.

I walked up to the counter and saw the old lady sitting on the floor behind the counter crying. I'm not really good in situations like this and I kinda panicked and ended up running out of the shop, the cops are on their way I'm guessing anyway. I looked around for Aria but couldn't find any sign of her. She just vanished. I hopped into my car and decided to drive back to school in hope of seeing Aria on the side of the road.

Wow Aria reminds so much of Alex, both their personalities except for the fact Aria is more closed off and avoids looking at me most of the time. Also they kinda look the same, but Aria has brown eyes, but every time I see her, I just picture Alex.

I drive down the road and see Aria walking on the side with his caramel blond hair blowing in the wind. Pulling up beside her I roll down the window.

"Hey, do you need a ride?" I call out over the noise of traffic.

Aria looks at me shocked, before nodding her head yes and jumping into the car.

"Thanks, and sorry about bailing, I kinda got scared." Aria confessed while putting her seat belt on.

"Well it didn't look like you were scared over there, you have some bad ass skills," I praise her, causing her to blush which made her look so cute. She turned her head toward the window, I'm guessing she's trying to hide the blush.

"Yeah, I took self defense classes, so I know how to defend my self," she shrugged.

"What self defense class teaches you knife tricks like that?" I couldn't help but ask. Aria started to fidget in her seat while still looking out the window. oh I shouldnt have asked her that.

"My boyfriend showed me, look were here at the school now. Thank you for the dinner or lunch or whatever you call it," she rushes out and jumps out of the car while I park it. I sit there speechless by her suddenness.

I sit there as I see her run up to a black mustang and jump in, but not before I caught a glimpse of black spiky hair. I've only known Aria for two days, but there is something about her that intrigues me, I feel like I know her already. But Aria has a boyfriend and I need to get my act together, I can't be interested in her when she's obviously with someone else. The only thing I have to do is meet someone else, get distracted, so that's when I made up my mind. I pulled my phone out and decided to call the one person who can get my mind off of Aria.

"Hello?" a soft voice comes up after 2 rings.

"Hey Stacy, I wanted to see if you wanted to have dinner tonight,"

"Yeah! Sure, I knew you would come around someday. Pick me up at 8. Bye!" And the call ended with a click. I shoved my phone in my pocket and took a deep breath. Why do I feel like that was a mistake?

***Aria POV***

"So, why did you just come out someone else's car? Huhh?" Tyler asked while starting the engine up.

"I was doing work when...Kevin offered lunch. I said no, but he kept asking and then I said yes. Nothing big really." I shrugged. Tyler seemed fine with this because he didn't bring it up again. The whole ride home was silent as I stared out the window and replayed the events in my head. My cover could have been blown there for a second, but I just couldn't let the guy rob the old lady. My job is to make sure the law is put in place, even if it means blowing my cover. Kevin is getting really close to me, and I know he finds an interest in me, because he has that same determined look in his eyes when he tried to go out with me before. Oh well, lost my chance, now I'm with Tyler who loves me a lot. We arrive home and Tyler puts the car on park.
