*Percy*

(Today is the second day of Percy's junior year)

You'd think that since Greek is a root language, if you spoke Greek, you would have at least some affinity for other languages.

If you thought that, you are very very wrong.

I can't speak Spanish. At all.

I was sitting at my desk at the beginning of Spanish class. The teacher was running a little late. I got out my textbook, which I assumed we were going to use, and placed it on my desk.

The teacher, Mrs.Ellis, stumbled into the classroom. She was holding a large pile of papers and binders."Sorry guys!" She said. Then, after tripping over her chair, the things in her hands topped from her grasp. For some random reason, she thought I would be a troublemaker and had placed me in the very front of the classroom. I got up from my desk and helped her pick up the papers. "Thanks." Mrs.Ellis said, looking at me gratefully.

"Anyway,"she said.", flip your textbooks to wherever we left off.

I went back to my seat. I turned the pages of my textbook and still couldn't kind the bookmark. I then lifted up the book and shook it. Something fluttered out of the book and landed on my desk. I picked it up and almost dropped it immediately.

It was a bookmark Annabeth had gotten me for my 16th birthday. It was a photo of me and her from when we visited Montauk Beach. She was wearing a white and blue bikini and had her wavy blond hair tied up in a ponytail. Her stormy grey eyes were twinkling with mischief. I had a goofy smile on my face in the photo. We were both holding blue cupcakes. We had gone to Montauk to celebrate the end of the Titan war. We never got the chance to celebrate the end of the Giant War.

My vision started to blur and I fell sideways of my seat. The last thing I heard before the flashback started was Mrs.Ellis shouting "PERCY!"

*Natasha*

We stood outside Goode High School. Apparently Perseus went here and his step father worked here before he died.

We couldn't find any details on how he died or how Perseus's mother died.

We had split up into 2 groups. Me,Clint, and Steve would walk into the classroom and confront him after taking him into the hallway.

Bruce and Tony would be on standby for backup just in case. I didn't think we would need any backup because he's only 17, but Fury insisted.

There had been an unanimous vote that Wanda would stay behind and wait until we got back. She was too unpredictable.

Me and the rest of my group started walking into the building. When a teacher stopped us in the hallway, we told her that we were here to pick up a student. Then we heard a thud and a loud shout from inside one of the classrooms "PERCY!"

Clint, Steve and I exchanged looks and started running towards the classroom. The bewildered teacher we had been talking to looked at us in shock and then began to follow us.

We opened the door and the scene before us was much different than we expected. A boy, who I assumed to be Perseus, was laying on the ground.

A middle aged woman who I thought was the teacher was shaking him and calling his name.

I saw the teacher who came in with us pull out her phone to call someone and I grabbed it from her hands. "No need to call anyone, we know him and will take care of him."

The teacher who had been shaking Perseus looked up at us and said "I don't think we should just let these people take him. We don't even know if they actually know Percy!" She said. The teachers bun had come loose and strands of her hair were covering her face.

I sighed and pulled out my badge. "How about this?" I said, showing it to both of the teachers. The teacher who had come in with us nodded and Steve picked up Perseus and slung him over his shoulder.

The other teacher still looked doubtful but I didn't care.

Me,Clint and Steve, carrying Perseus, exited the room. I thought I saw Perseus move but that must have been just my imagination. He was knocked out. We were sure of it.

Tony and Bruce ran over to us. We were now outside of the school building.

It seemed like the mission had gone easy.

Voicing my thoughts, Tony then said, "Well that was easy."

I looked over at Perseus who's eyes were wide awake. I went to yell out a warning.

But hell broke loose.
