(Start in the locker room hallway at the Scrawliseum. SALLY enters holding a drawing pad and a pencil. She cracks the door to the women's locker room and looks inside. There is no one in there.)

Sally-Hello?

(She closes the door. She walks to the door to the men's locker room and knocks.)

Sally-Is anyone in there?

(No answer. She keeps walking. She approaches another door at the end of the hallway. There is talking coming from the other side. She tilts her head inquisitively.)

Sally-Hello?

(She knocks on the door.)

Toni-(offscreen) It's unlocked.

(SALLY opens the door. All of the trainers are seated around the room with pads and pencils of their own. They all look up at her.)

Brice-Oh, hey. You're...here.

Sally-Yeah. Rosie said I could come and hang out.

Corey-I mean, you can. She just didn't bother to tell any of us.

Toni-Hi, Sally! I'm so glad you could make it! How's it going, babygirl? You mind if I call you babygirl?

Rosie-Toni...

Sally-I guess you can.

(She sits down on the floor.)

Sally-I went looking for you in the locker rooms, but you weren't there.

Toni-We don't even go near the locker rooms until it's time to change. My leotard is tight.

Sally-See? I even brought my own pad and pencil so I can draw with you guys. Um...what are you drawing?

Treena-Just some warmup sketches.

River-You gotta make sure your drawing hand is ready when you get onto the mat.

Sally-I've never heard of warmup sketches.

River-You mean you just start drawing? How were you able to make that exact of a copy of my drawing without warming up?

Brice-She's self-taught.

Sally-I take art classes at school. They just haven't taught us how to do warmup sketches.

Sloane-Are you serious?

Treena-The American education system at work.

River-You have a serious gift, kid. Maybe you should be a trainer.

Sally-That's the dream.

(She opens up her pad and finds sheets of homework beneath the cover.)

Sally-Oh, yeah. I brought my homework so I could do it while I was out. Well, I'll save it for later.

(She throws her homework to the side.)

Raph-Don't feel bad if you don't know about warmup sketches. We're all a little self-taught.

Sally-What do you mean?

Rosie-Nearly all of us used to draw on all our notes at school. I even got sent to the principal's office for it.

Roo-It wasn't until we took art classes that we were truly able to hone our craft.

Sally-So what am I supposed to draw?

Sloane-I'll start you off with an easy one.

(She starts drawing spirals on her pad.)

Sloane-I call this one drawing circles around the competition.
