"I must agree, the result of our first war is something unexpected yet satisfying." Nakul voiced out with a grin, while caressing his pet horse, riding on it.
"Were you unsure about your valour or Gurudev's teachings, Nakul?" Bheem asked, riding the horse.
"Our victory was predestined." He added.
There was comfortable silence for a while yet a confusion laced in their mind.
Riding through the deep forest and surrounded by tall trees, creating a canopy over their head. Yet questions nagged in their minds.
"I wonder why the Wreckers attacked from the Panchal's side over the Kauravas and not us?" Karn questioned, after a long period of silence.
The six brothers exchanged a glance that had too many questions, but no answer.
"As far as we know the Noxus Empire though rules over the entire Aryavart, still maintains no communication or trade business. Then why did they fought against Hastinapur?" Sahdev questioned, only for them to go in a deep thought.
"More precisely, against Kauravas." Yudhisthir sighed heavily, frowning to himself.
"It's actually true. Because Kauravas are no less than a skilled warriors and they could easily defeat Panchal Naresh. But the ruthless tactics of The Wreckers has left them defeated and heavily wounded." Nakul mentioned.
"And to be very honest, it's partially because of the Noxus Empire that we are returning home after gaining victory over Panchal and paying off the Guru Dakshina." Arjun added, quite reasonably.
As the brothers agreed, a quick question popped in Bheem's mind.
"By the way, what about the last letter, Arjun?"
As if the hearts skipped a beat hearing a slight mention of the last letter from that particular anonymous person, apparently their 'Stalker.'
"The letter had a clear hint hidden within the riddle, Bhrata." Arjun informed them.
"No doubt the person knew about Panchal Naresh's illusionary strategy." He added, sighing.
It was just then their horses halted when the route took two side ways.
A chill ran down their spine as the cold wind hit their body.
The Sun went down the West and the blanket of dusk surrounded the forest.
Their heart started taking their pace fast, and their stomach churned with uncertainties as they had their eyes ahead.
A centuries old bridge joining two dangerous cliffs.
The thick blanket of fog surrounded the dangerous pine forest of the other side.
And all their eyes could find was nothing except the Pine tress and it's thick canopy.
