'The glade'

Sonya seems nice, So far she's showed me a bunch of embarrassing photos of Newt who tried to take her phone away and then when I left for the bathroom I came back to find her adding herself on snapchat on my phone "how did you know my password?!" I take my phone out of her hands and sit back down

"I just guessed, you shouldn't be so surprised when your password is 1234" I roll my eyes and look at her number on all my contacts "you added me to a group chat?!!" I exclaim as I notice a snapchat group called 'The Glade' odd name but whatever

"It's the friend group, there's me, Newt, Teresa, Harriet, Siggy but we call him Frypan or Fry, Minho, Th-" "How many are there?!" Newts too busy eating to engage with the conversation while Sonya just laughs

We sat there eating and talking for about an hour till we decided it was time to go back

"Cya El!" Sonya shouts as she walks into her house, I wave goodbye while opening my door to find Mira in the hallway

"Where have you been?" She questions as I chuck my shoes too the side "Just greeting the neighbours, well they greeted me" she nods then goes back to chatting with mum who turned to me with a paper bag in her hands "your uniform came today would you mind trying it on love" I let out a small sigh then quickly dash upstairs with the bag

Everything fits fine, it a white button up blouse a short sleeves one and long sleeves and then a plain black skirt with a trouser option too, there's also tights and knee high white sock

The shoes are my usual pair of slip ons and you're allowed to wear any jumper so I decide on a whole wheat coloured hoodie that I'll probably wear on my first day, I let a small squeal in excitement then get dressed into my pyjamas before going downstairs too tell mum that the clothes fit perfectly fine.

I let out a sigh of relief as I collapse onto my bed and pull out my phone to find 50 new notifications all from 'the gladers' damn it

I open the chat to see what's going on but carefully making sure I don't click on anything by accident

Newton: How do you know what they look like we haven't even met them
