Hi! Xx
I'm Lexi and this is my story, "Don't let it break your heart." I re wrote this first chapter, it should be much better than the others, and I'm going to re-write one more as well, so some of them will have much better writing than others.

Please enjoy! 💋

Harry's POV:

I was lost in a peaceful slumber, the warmth of Louis beside me creating a cocoon of comfort that made the world outside feel far away. We had been on tour for five months, and while it had its ups and downs, nights like these made everything worth it. Just as I began to drift deeper into my dreams, my phone rang, shattering the serene silence of our hotel room.

Groaning softly, I unwrapped my arms from Louis, careful not to disturb him. The clock on the nightstand glowed an unforgiving 2 AM. Who would dare to call me at this hour? I squinted at the screen, my heart racing as I picked up the phone without checking the caller ID.

"Hello?" I mumbled, my voice thick with sleep.

"Hey, Harry," Zayn's voice came through the speaker, laced with an unusual heaviness.

"Zayn? Is everything okay?" I asked, suddenly alert. His tone sent a jolt of concern through me.

"Uh, I don't know," he replied, hesitation hanging in the air between us.

"What's wrong?" I pressed, trying to shake off the fog of sleep.

"Erm, I'm not sure how to tell you this..." His voice faltered, and I could feel the weight of his words.

"What is it? You know you can tell me anything," I reassured him, anxiety creeping into my chest.

"Yeah, I... I'm leaving the band." The words hung heavily in the air, each syllable slicing through my heart. I shot upright, wide-eyed.

"Your WHAT?" I exclaimed, my voice louder than I intended.

"Yeah, I just— I can't do it anymore," he confessed, and I could hear the tremor in his voice, the unspoken pain lurking beneath.

"Um—okay, well, is everything okay?" I asked, panic rising within me.

"Yeah, at least everything will be okay soon," he said, but I could sense the uncertainty in his tone.

"Okay, um, well, you're finishing the tour with us, right?" I asked, my mind racing.

"No, I'm, um, I'm leaving in a week," he explained, and my heart sank.

"A week? How? Don't you have to do a bunch of paperwork and such?" I stammered, struggling to comprehend.

"No, I—I already did," Zayn replied softly.

"You did it without telling us?" I felt a mix of betrayal and hurt.

"Yeah, but only because I knew you guys would try to convince me otherwise," he said, his voice cracking.

"Oh—uh, well, okay... When are you going to tell the other boys?" I asked, curiosity getting the better of me.

"Well, I was wondering if you could tell them for me. I'll come by tomorrow and explain everything, so could you tell them tonight?" he asked hopefully.

"At 2 AM? I mean, I guess," I replied, feeling the weight of the task ahead.

"Great. Thank you, Harry," he said earnestly.

"Mmh. Bye, Zayn," I said, my heart heavy as I hung up. I turned to see Louis awake, concern etched across his features.

"What was that?" he asked, his voice still thick with sleep.
