Firt Day

Moon's P.O.V 

Sun had accidentally woke me up at 5:30 in the fucking morning! Who the hell wakes up at 5 am?! Anyway, I was sleeping on the floor and felt Sun's foot accidentally trip on me causing him to fall on me. "Sun, what the fuck?" He looked at me with an angry look on his face, "Language!" He said, with a slight I pushed him off of me immediately, and to be honest I hate physical touch, it's weird. I don't even like hugs! So having Sun fall on me was weird because I could feel my body getting warmer, and I didn't like that.

Sun softly whimpered as I pushed him harshly. He got up and looked at me with a disappointed look for some reason. As soon as he left, I got up and started to get ready for my first day in the daycare. I walked to the dresser in the room that was going to be mine soon, and got a fresh pair of clothes for the day. I quickly changed and I could hear the first kid already, and boy did they sound annoying. I went to the balcony, saw Sun playing with a few kids that had just walked in. I gave Sun a look and he immediately responded, "Alright little ones! I have a special new friend here! And he will be helping me during the day and such." 

Sun continued to talk about how there is a 'New Friend' coming to the daycare. I could definitely tell he was excited about me. I watched as he kept getting every child that walked in hyped up to meet me. "Okay kids, so with our new friend, he doesn't like to be touched, so if you can, try your best to not touch him okay?" MY ears perked up..(what ears?) As I listened more carefully. "He will be helping me out mostly during naptime." Sun looked at me, his eyes telling me that it's okay to come down. 

I summoned my wire.and flew down to the kids, they looked at me in surprise, and then started to ask a lot of questions.."What's your name?" "How old are you?" "Are you going to stay?" Sun gave them a look and they stopped, "Hey everyone why don't you guys make something at the arts and crafts table for Moon? I'm sure he'll love it!" The children all ran to the arts and crafts table. "Wow you're good at this, how did you do that ?" I asked with a smile. 

"Do what?" 

"Tell them what to do like that, they listen to you almost instantly." 

"Oh, it's just trust really, I've been here for a while, so all the kids know they can trust me."

"That's fun I guess.." I mumble trying not to sound annoying. After about an hour, I was sitting on the top of one of the play structures, carefully watching the children. and then some kids ran up to me at the bottom of the structure, as I jumped down to see what they were fussing about. "Mr. Moon! We made some drawings and stuff for you!"

They sounded truly delighted, so I took the drawings and inspected them, inch by inch. "Oh my goodness little star's! These are amazing! You all did a fantastic job." I said with a calming tone. "Hey, why don't we do something for Sun, he's always taking care of you guys, and is almost always busy. So maybe you guys can give me a tour since Sun is busy with the other children?" I'm surprised by how fast they all respond. They took me around everywhere they could possibly go, from the theater to the Golden Sundrop statue. While the children were taking me on this tour, Sun had started making their sleeping arrangements for naptime. 

Suddenly I heard an alarm go off in my pocket, and then I realized it was almost time for naptime, I quickly got the children to go back to the daycare with me and walked over to Sun who was done getting things ready. 

"Alright kids, you will all have to listen to Moon since it's naptime." Just then the lights had shut off. Sun whimpered and grabbed my waist again, holding me tightly. "Shh.. everything is going to be okay.." I hugged him in return. I slowly started to sing ‘Rises The Moon’ as the kids fell asleep. As I was singing I picked up the scared Sun, and put him in my lap. His cheeks were flushed as I sang, I finished singing and looked at him. I could definitely tell he liked my voice, I felt my face get warm. I couldn't explain it. We looked into each other's eyes for a few minutes. I realized that we were staring, "Uhh.. s-sorry, didn't mean to stare.." 

"It's fine." He answered.. "Your eyes are pretty nice.." 

I could definitely feel my cheeks become way warmer than before.. what the FUCK is wrong with me?! I pushed him off and all Sun did was lay on my side instead and put his arm on my upper leg. He was falling asleep on me as I started to sing again.

Sun's P.O.V 

I was slowly falling asleep on Moon, when the lights suddenly came back on. I looked up at Moon, and he had almost an irritated look on his face. He got up leaving me to partially fall. He started to wake up the kids "Alright little star's, it's time to get up. Your parents will be here soon" He explained. I got up and started to help Moon. We had played with the kids for a while longer before it was time for them to be picked up. 

"So that's that, I guess.." Moon sounded disappointed in his statement. "Yeah, I guess so.." I wanted to comfort him but I didn't think it would be appropriate since we hadn't known each other for that long, not to mention, he literally choked me when we first met. After all the kids had left, I started to clean when I noticed Moon leaving. 

"Where are you going?"

"I have to do patrol, I didn't get the chance to do it last night, so I have to do it early tonight"

"Oh, that seems dumb.." 

"Heheh of course you would say that~" He said that with a more flirty tone. I don't think he meant it like that, but whatever..
