Chapter 2

Era's POV~

Actually, I bought two tickets. I hadn't told Ren because she wasn't a fan of them and didn't support or like them at all. But I was eager for her to become a fan, so I decided to bring her along. She kept asking where we were going, but I kept quiet.

We got out of the cab, and Ren seemed lost in thought.

"Wait, don't tell me we're at...!" Ren asked, glancing sideways.

"Yes, dear," I replied with an awkward smile. Her expression made it seem like I had just declared World War III.

Ren's POV ~

When I heard her, I was shocked. I didn't want to be there at all. It's not that I disliked them, but I wasn't interested either. I didn't want to be distracted or risk falling for them, despite their undeniable charm. I sighed.

"Why did you do this?" I asked angrily.

"Please, Ren, just for me. I've spent all my savings to be here. Please..." Era looked at me with those puppy eyes that made it impossible to refuse. I sighed again and walked toward the gate.

Era's POV ~

I was thrilled and followed her eagerly. The concert was about to start. We were at the front of the stage since I had bought VIP tickets. I was so excited that I momentarily forgot about Ren. I sang along as they performed half of their songs.

I glanced at Ren, and she was scrolling through her phone without any reaction. I didn't want to ruin the moment, so I enjoyed the concert.

After the concert, there was a fan signing event. Ren seemed uncomfortable with the idea. I went for the posters while Ren stood among the sea of Carats. Suddenly, a staff member called Ren to come for the signing, but she was surprised and unsure of what to do. She looked around for me but couldn't find me. With some hesitation, she approached the boys, not even knowing their names. She sat in front of a boy holding an old poster I had given her earlier.

"Hello, pretty caratduel! How are you?" someone asked. Ren looked up in shock and saw a cute, handsome boy smiling warmly. He was kind of gentleman. Not knowing what to say, she awkwardly nodded.

Joshua's POV~

After signing posters of some Carats, I was thirsty and asked my manager for water. When I turned back, I looked at her and asked how she was. Her expression was unexpected, but I could tell she was pretty.

"Hello!" she replied awkwardly. I thought it was just for nervousness, so I signed her poster.

"What's your name, by the way?" I asked.

"Ren," she replied in short maybe!!

Ren moved to the next station, where another member greeted her passionately. She didn't realize Era was next to her. Era was thrilled to see Joshua in front of her as he was her bias. She also overheard the conversation between Ren and Joshua.

"Hello, pretty Carat!" Joshua said. Era couldn't take her eyes off him. How could someone be this handsome?

"Hi! Oppa, I'm a bit distracted and don't know what to say or how to say it," Era said being dramatic, making Joshua laugh.

"Really? How are you?" Joshua asked with a warm smile.

"I'm feeling much better now that I see you. What about you, Oppa?" Era asked.

"I'm fine too. What's your name, by the way?" Joshua asked.

"I'm Erabilly, but you can call me Era, like my friends do. By the way, I'm from BD. The girl you met before me is my friend Ren. She doesn't know much about you guys. I kind of forced her to come, so please don't mind if she seems uninterested," Era explained quickly.

Joshua was taken aback by her sudden outburst but managed to hold back a laugh. He chuckled a little. "Okay, don't worry. I don't mind."

"Okay, bye, Oppa. I hope we meet again soon," Era said, bowing as Joshua did the same.

Meanwhile, Ren had finished and interacted with the other members. She felt uncomfortable around strangers but tried not to show it.

On the other hand, Era chatted energetically with the members,telling them about Ren's earlier encounter with Joshua.

After the fan signing, they headed back to their apartment. Era was lost in her thoughts, dreaming about the day, while Ren observed her with a sidelong glance.

"Wasn't it amazing, Ren?" Era asked, still lost in her excitement. Ren sighed and chose not to respond.
