Y/n POV
After our date, we came home and was about to part ways but then
he invited me inside for coffee which I wasn't able to deny. I mean can I ? Ofcourse not.
Jin: " Rest here a bit or....you can look around if getting bored and I'll be back with a our coffee in a few minutes..."
He said with a smile and went to the kitchen after getting a node from me.
As Jin disappeared into the kitchen, leaving me with the offer to rest or explore, I wandered over to a small cabinet in the lounge. The top was adorned with various picture frames, each capturing moments of Jin's life. My fingers traced the edge of a photo of Jin and Taehyung, their broad smiles evident even in the still image.
Next to it was a picture of Jin with Namjoon and Taehyung, all three looking like they had just shared a joke.
Another frame displayed a family portrait-Aunt Muyunghea, Uncle, Seon unnie, and Jin's older brothers, all standing together. But then, something tucked behind the others caught my eye. I carefully pulled it out, revealing a picture of Jin and me at Soekhyun oppa's wedding. I remembered that day vividly-how self-conscious I felt about my chubby self.
Y/n: "Why does he still have this?"
I murmured to myself, feeling a mix of embarrassment and surprise.Holding the picture closer, I studied it, the corners of my lips curling up into a smile.
Y/n: "This picture definitely needs to go,"
I chuckled softly, deciding it would be better replaced with a newer one, something more flattering.Just as I was about to open the frame, a hand swiftly snatched it away from me. Startled, I turned to find Jin standing there, a teasing smile playing on his lips as he hid the frame behind his back.
Y/n: "Hey... give it back to me,"
I demanded, trying to sound firm but failing miserably as my voice wavered slightly. I reached out for the frame, but he just raised it higher, well out of my reach.Jin: "What were you doing?"
he asked, a playful glint in his eyes as he took a step back, making me chase him.Y/n: "Why do you still keep this picture? It's so... bad,"
I replied, my voice barely above a whisper, embarrassed to admit how much the photo bothered me.
I reached for his hand again, but he easily kept it out of reach, his height giving him an unfair advantage.
Jin: "What's wrong with it, huh?"
he teased, taking another step back towards the couch, his eyes never leaving mine.
Y/n: "Jin, please... give me the picture,"
I pleaded, trying to grab it once more. But he just chuckled at my frustration, clearly enjoying how easily he could keep the photo from me.
