(Don't start music until I say :))
"Oh my gosh!" She yelled as she stumbled backwards. "Fitz I'm so sorry!"
"Sophie it's ok. You need to calm down." He told her as fire started spreading around her.
"H-how do I stop it?!" She panicked. (cue music)
"This wasn't supposed to happen." Sophie spun around to see Tiergen standing behind her, "Mr. Forkle made sure this would never happen. Sophie, this is really bad."
"I know that. More than anyone. Grady is . . ." She couldn't bring herself to say it, so instead she burst into tears.
Tiergen's eyes welled with tears.
"Wait why are you so sad?" Sophie wondered.
"It's just- Sophie . . . Ok I'm going to explain everything." He led her inside of Everglen and set her down on the couch. Fitz's whole family was there but he explained what was happening to her.
"Ok . . . You know the Mr. Forkle that died right?"
"Yeaaa . . . ."
"He was your dad." Tiergen steadied her shoulders, "Don't freak out yet I'm not done. Grady . . . Was the other Mr. Forkle. He was your uncle."
"Whaaaaaaaaaaaat." Fitz said under his breath. But she didn't care. She stood up and ran outside.
"SOPHIE WHERE ARE YOU GOING?" Biana called after her. She collapsed to the ground and sobbed. Biana came up to her and wrapped her into a hug. Fitz shortly after.
"It's gonna be ok." Biana assured her. "I promise." She wanted to believe her. She really did. But that didn't change the fact that she just burned down her house. She . . . She killed Grady.
She cried harder and Biana squeezed her tighter.
"Sophie . . ." Tiergen said, "I am so. sorry."
"It doesn't matter anymore. Everything is done. I have a forbidden ability. All of this is my fault."
"I'm gonna call Oralie." Tiergen told her. Biana was still comforting her. But honestly she just wants to be alone.
"Sophie? Oh my gosh are you ok?" Oralie worried.
"Please just leave me alone."
"Sophie the council is gonna come after you. You need to leave."
"W-what are you saying?" She asks, even though she could've guessed the answer.
"Sophie. You need to run away to the forbidden cities. Run away, and never come back."
