The human thoughts nearly knocked her over as she arrived at the Forbidden Cities. She shielded her mind and got her bearings. It looked like she was in a crazy busy city. She turned around and saw the Tokyo Skytree. She was in Tokyo.

She needed money. Where was Dex when she—

She realized something. She had never said goodbye to Dex. She covered her mouth as a sob escaped her lips. There were so many people she hadn't said goodbye to. So many. She decided not to list them off.

She cleared her throat before she started for the store called, Takashimaya.

She walked in and was invited by a young girl, not much older than herself.

"Irasshaimase."

"Welcome." She says.  She's never had to speak Japanese before, so it takes her a few seconds to understand.

"Hi! Do you have an ATM?" Sophie asks.

"No, I'm very sorry."

"Ok, thanks anyways." She said before walking out. How was she going to get money?

She decides to sing for money.

Ok I need a song . . . She says to herself. She finds the perfect song and decides to sing it.

(cue music)

"I let it fall, my heart
And as it fell, you rose to claim it
It was dark, and I was over
Until you kissed my lips and you saved me" She took a pause for a moment to observe her surroundings.

"My hands, they were strong
But my knees were far too weak
To stand in your arms
Without falling to your feet"

"But there's a side to you
That I never knew, never knew
All the things you'd say
They were never true, never true
And the games you'd play
You would always win, always win" She gave this next line her very best.

"But I set fire to the rain!
Watched it pour as I touched your face
Well, it burned while I cried
'Cause I heard it screaming out your name, your name!" She felt powerful. In control.

"When I lay with you
I could stay there
Close my eyes
Feel you here forever
You and me together
Nothing is better!"

"I set fire to the rain!
Watched it pour as I touched your face
Well, it burned while I cried
'Cause I heard it screaming out your name, your name!"

"Sometimes I wake up by the door
That heart you caught must be waiting for you
Even now, when we're already over
I can't help myself from looking for you"

"I set fire to the rain!
Watched it pour as I touched your face
Well, it burned while I cried
'Cause I heard it screaming out your name, your name!" She held that note for a long time.

"Baby!"

When she finished she waved to the crowd.

"Thank you!" She yelled as people threw money at her feet. She collected it all when the crowd had left and counted the amount she had gotten.

"$132." She whispered. This was how she was going to survive. This was how she would make it in the Forbidden Cities.
