Not so disastrous life (Saiki K x Reader)

New student

Everyone in the class was just excited, and giddy, more than usual that is. Saiki at first was confused about why, the one person who is never confused. Finally, a girl in the class spoke up, "Arent you guys excited about the new transfer student?" He finally understood the excitement.

After thinking for a while about how excited (not actually) for another bother (friend) he'd have in his life, no doubt about it, a brand new friend. Yay.  It finally hit him, 'Why did nobody think about the new student? that's odd, I would have knew in advance to not care about what is going on today.'

Finally the class quieted down as the teacher entered, "Alrighty class I'm sure you are all excited to meet the new student." The teacher said walking up to the front. A random boy from the back of the class spoke up "I hope it's a girl!" " Specifically a hot girl!!!!" Boy two said. "NO ONE, can be hotter than our sweet lady Teruhashi!" A Teruhashi fan boy said.

"Oh hush and keep it to yourself you weirdo" A random girl that seemed to be normal said. The teacher clapped her hands, "Okay class quiet down so I can introduce the new student and get this class started. Come in."

The class quieted down as the door opened and in came a girl. She was pretty, she had long h/c hair and instead of the the regular PK Academy uniform she wore a pink cardigan over top of the dress shirt, and instead of the skirt that the females' wore, she wore shorts. Everything else about the uniform was the same though.

She didn't seem shy, and she looked like she carried herself with a little bit of confidence, not a bunch to the point it made her stuck up... (nothing like Teruhashi). After she stood there for a second she finally started to introduce herself, "Hello my name is L/n Y/n, I'm a transfer student from a school in Tokyo Japan." she started to think of what else to say as people started to stare at her, "Uhm my favorite colors are pink, blue, and f/c. And I uhm,  see my self as a nice person, so..." and after that she just shrugged.

The class started asking her questions about herself and she gladly answered. Saiki on the other hand just stared at her like he was trying to figure her out because for some odd reason he couldn't read her mind. He couldn't read her at all, she was just mysterious perhaps. 'Great another person in the Roaches and Nendou category... good grief.'  She didn't seem like a Nendou at all, but that was the best explanation Saiki could come up with.

After a good five minutes of one person ice breakers she was finally sent to go and sit down, and class finally started.

After 30 minutes of class going Saiki looked over and saw her with her head down on the brink of sleep. 'She just got here and she's already done with school... can't blame her.'

Class was finally over and it was now lunch time, some people left the class and some people stayed. Saiki's desk was surrounded by his bothers (friends), and Y/n sat at her desk on her phone with her headphones in. After a bit she was approached by 3 girls, "Hey! My name is Yumehara Chiyo. This is Mera Chisato, and this is Teruhashi Kokomi!" Y/n took her headphones off and greeted them, "Hello, nice to meet you three" she said with a smile.

"We were wondering if you'd like to come and get lunch with the three of us?" Said Teruhashi. Y/n gave the an apologetic smile before speaking, "Oh I wasn't planning on eating, I'm not too hungry right now..." "Oh well that's okay, we really want to get to know you because you seem super cool so we are just going to pull up some chairs to sit with you!" Said Yumehara. Before you could respond, the light brown headed girl ran off and came back with three chairs and they all surrounded your desk.

You all sat and talked, really it was just the three of them talking and then occasionally asking you questions. Yumehara spoke up "Lets talk about crushes! Kokomi, any progress with 'K'?" Teruhashi flushed in response "Uhm, no not at all..." Y/n tilted her head in confusion, "Who's 'K'?"

Yumehara wasted no time and turned around and pointed to a guy with pink hair. Y/n mouthed "oh". When Yumehara turned around Teruhashi asked the same thing to her "What about you Chiyo? any progress with 'K'?" '...Do they like the same person and trying to compete or something?' Is what you thought.

Mera saw the confusion written on your face and pointed to the scrawny guy with the blue hair, and once again you mouthed "oh." "Yes actually, yesterday I got to hold his hand..." Yumehara said with blush on her face. Teruhashi gasped, "Seriously?!" "That's not true, you fell and he tried to help you up and fell too." Mera said. "It still counts." Teruhashi and Yumehara said in unison.

'Delusional.' - Saiki

Both of the girls turned to Y/n "What about you? do you have a crush on anyone?" Said Teruhashi. '...I just got here...'   Y/n sat and thought for a moment, "I mean because of the fact that  I just transferred here, not really..." the girls nodded their heads as in 'oh yeah that's right.' before Yumehara spoke up again, "Okay, buuuuut, is there anyone in the class currently that you thing is cute?" You looked around the class and overlooked the pink haired boy.

After you got your answer you turned to the girls, "I think that purple haired boy with the glasses is kinda cute?" Both of the girls gasped, Mera in her own world 'is she... drooling?' "YOU LIKE KUBOYASU?!?!" Said the both of them.

'That was fast.'

"huh." Y/n looked at them with confusion on her face, once again. "Who's Kobayusu?" "Kuboyasu, and he's the one you just said you had a crush on!" Said the excited Yumehara. "I didn't say I had a crush on him I just said he was cute... but not anymore since you guys are making a big deal about it." Y/n said. "awww mannn..." Said Yumehara.

'Plus isn't this stuff you share with your close friends?' Y/n thought.

Y/n's attention turned back to Mera who Is still in her own world, and still drooling. Y/n was kinda nosy and wanted to know what she was thinking about without actually having to ask her about it and was about to turn on her mind reading power that she can willingly control, but right before she was about to, the bell for lunch ending finally rang and they started to return to their seats. That didn't stop her from reading Mera's mind though.

'Dang she thinks about food a lot... does she eat at home?'

After all the classes of the day, everyone was on their way out of the building and back home. The three girls wanted to walk back home with Y/n but she told them that she had to stop at the convince store before heading home first and they changed their mind.

As Y/n was walking there was a group of boys walking in front of her, one had purple hair, another had blue, the other had an odd looking mow hawk, and then the one in the middle had pink hair. Y/n thought to herself 'If I remember correctly I think the pink haired one's name was... Saykay?... who do I care.' she shrugged.

Y/n walked while she was on the phone doing whatever, and when she looked up she realized that she was still walking behind the boys, but the purple one parted ways. 'Dang these people walk slow as hell.'  She thought before speeding up and walking around them while still on her phone.  She was then called out by one of the boys, "hey! new girl." when she turned around it was the one with the weird mow hawk and the butt chin. "yes?" she said. "do you want to walk home with us?" The mow hawk guy said.

Y/n stood and thought about it for a bit, "uhm no." was her response 'Blunt.' thought Saiki. She shook her head and rephrased herself, "Oh I'm sorry that was rude, I can't. I have to get home before my little brother does. Sorry again and thanks for the offer." She said with a smile on her face before speeding off.

The mow hawk dude just shrugged and turned to his friends, "Lets get ramen."

- Bro, I might have to change the POV from 3rd person to 2nd person because the amount of mistakes I've made because I kept changing it to 2nd person. I'm just so used to writing in 2nd person on tumblr.
