𝐘𝐎𝐔 𝐖𝐄𝐑𝐄 𝐊𝐍𝐎𝐂𝐊𝐄𝐃 𝐎𝐔𝐓-𝐒𝐋𝐄𝐄𝐏𝐈𝐍𝐆 𝐎𝐍 𝐓𝐇𝐄 𝐓𝐀𝐁𝐋𝐄 drained from studying hard for your final exam because the end of your senior year of college is approaching.
You were in a deep sleep until you heard your phone ringing by your ear, you moved your arm to pick it up without opening your eyes and then answered.
"Hello?" you answered your voice groggy but soft, "bitchh where are you!?" you mentally groaned from hearing your best friend's loud voice.
You clear your throat your voice going back to normal "Library...I was studying.." you say softly as your head still resting on the table, "get that ass up girl lets go to a party or something" You hear her starting up her car in the background so you moved your phone a bit away from your ear, "Mhm" you hummed not even listening but falling back asleep "y/n get up!!" you cringed at her voice suddenly getting loud again then turning down your volume.
You groaned finally sitting up your knotless braid that were in a bun fell over your face "Alright I'll call you later" You hung up laying your phone down on the table, you put your braids back in a bun after you finished. You looked at the mess of books and notes on the table then sighed and started cleaning everything up. After cleaning you grabbed your bag and phone and started heading toward the entrance, you saw the librarian and waved her bye she waved back as you left.
Your face scrunched up from the bright sun then pulled out your phone to call your best friend Jaycee.
It rang two times before she finally answered, "You here?" You asked scratching the top of your head and looking around "I'm about to pull up in a minute" she said while you heard her playing music in the background "Okay I'm outside waiting" you softly said then fixing the position of your bag then hanging up seeing her pull in to the library parking lot.
As you get in the front seat your best friend Jaycee says "Hey babe" You put your seat belt on and then turn to her "Hey Jay" You look back seeing Vanessa lying down in the back seat scrolling on her phone "Nessa...she dragged you from practice huh?" You asked noticing she still had her cheer practice outfit on she put her phone down and sat up "Yup" she said dragging out the "p" and making a pop sound.
"Jay Ion' feel like going to no party, to be honest" you said putting your bag on the car floor Jaycee whines "Come on y/n it's just gon be a chill lil hang out with some of my friends and their friends" You rolled my eyes "You know hella people Jay" Vanessa joins in "Yeah Jay you are friendly" You nodded your head agreeing with Vanessa "Come on y'all I'll make y'all dinner next weekend" Your mouth watered from her saying she was going to cook for y'all "well damn..." Vanessa says scratching the top of her head "Shhhittt bet" she finishes off "Fine damn!" you said looking out the window as she pulled into our dormitory parking lot.
