Sweet Dreams

I was awoken by a frantic Aaron beside me. He was shaking, he looked terrified.
"Oh Ly, you're awake! Thank god..." His voice trailed off. "You looked awake...but when I shook you, you wouldn't respond...I guess I freaked out..."
It was just a dream. Cerberus isn't here...right? He can't be. He was banished. But, maybe he used a spell or potion to get into my dreams. But...I can do that.

That's my power. Causing dreams and nightmares. I work in the night, I haven't used my power at all recently. But, how could Cerberus get inside my head? I know it wasn't just a dream, it felt so real. I know I blacked out after Princess Danielle attacked me, but even so, how could a prisoner; banned from magic, banished from all kingdoms, be there? It was, but wasn't a dream. It's kindof complicated. I wasn't awake, but he was there. And he was harming me. He was reminding me of what I've done. He wanted me to join him once again.

I realized I was staring off into space when Aaron wrapped his arms around me.
"Are you okay?" He asked me quietly while resting his head on my shoulder.
"I...I don't know. But can I ask you something a little crazy?" I stuttered out.
"Of course, Ly."
"Will you help me find Cerberus?"
