THE NEXT FEW days had probably been the most smooth and relaxing he would ever have. They didn't hold any worthless drama, no unnecessary bullying by Snape and certainly no problems with Granger. For the first time in a while, Elysian was capable of completely able to let his mind at ease, let his heart beat like it never has before and left his eyes open wider to see the world as it is.

But then again, there were still several things that should have bothered Elysian, one of the obvious being his lovely uncle at large. And the other being the trail of Buckbeak. The hippogriff. Despite the fact the whole incident had all unravelled due to the stupidity of his second cousin somehow the whole situation was falling down over to Hagrid.

Despite being the one who had his arm ripped open, Elysian felt bad for the creature. The Black knew it was grossly sentimental from him to feel some type of emotional connection with a creature he knew for fifteen minutes, but it was the sort of attachment one would get with a stray cat. Brief encounter, some bonding and eventually it would start to stop. He would likely notice the departure of the creature but not sad enough for him to think about it when he goes to bed.
