"I told you to stop messing with that!" Andi screamed as she shoved at Freya.

Freya lmmmscoffed, "Well, you were also messing with it!"

Andi opened her mouth, but no sound came out. Freya noticed how her face changed and she knew Andi realized she was right.

"We should go somewhere safer." Andi told her as she walked off.

Freya stayed where she was, her arms folded over her chest, "We are safe!"

Andi stopped and looked around at her, "No, we're not! If you knew anything about time travel, you'd know you can't be seen! If we move anything as small as a needle, we could trigger a butterfly effect! Do you want bad things to happen?" Freya, her smug face falling, shook her head. Andi glanced at the floor and nodded, "Okay. Now come on. I know a good place."

Andi, with Freya not far behind, made her way to the edge of the long, winding path that lead to an old, dilapidated house. She barely gave a second glance to Freya, who stopped to lean against the barely standing fence post, before she started walking up to it.

Freya followed quickly. While she hated the fact she was stuck in the past with Lupin, she wasn't an idiot. She knew that Andi knew what she was talking about.

Andi pushed open the door of the Shrieking Shack and stepped inside, holding the door for Freya, who rushed through it, before it banged shut on her heels.

"Wow." Freya said with a slightly turned up nose, "Why do you know about such a dumpy place?"

Andi frowned, "At least it has a roof and no one comes here. We need to figure out how to get back and we can't be seen."

Freya looked at her, confused, "No one comes here? Why?"

Andi yelled out in frustration, which made Freya take a step back, "You're just useless, aren't you? The Shrieking Shack is something students are terrified of!"

Freya frowned and looked around the room, "They truly believed it was actually haunted? I thought everyone knew about the enchantment to—" she stopped when she saw Andi's fist tighten in frustration, "—oh. I'm sorry. I was talking about your dad."

Andi fidgeted with her jacket, "Don't patronize me."

Freya watched as Andi composed herself and made her way up the creaking staircase. Freya followed, keeping a distance from her accidental travel buddy. Andi sat down on the sagging four-poster bed, pulling her feet up underneath her knees.

Freya stood by the door, her eyes looking everywhere but the sulky face Andi was displaying. Her eyes found their way to the claw marks that decorated the room completely and she couldn't help but notice Andi's shaky breathing in the air.

"How do we get home?" Freya asked, attempting to take Andi's mind away from what was troubling her.

Andi looked up at Freya, the grey of her eyes burning Freya's soul, "We have to find a way to go forward in time."

Freya slipped on the dirt path leading up to the Shrieking Shack. Closing the door quickly, she looked around with the clipping in her fist.

"Andi, I know when we are." Freya said, she announced; slightly out of breath.

Andi walked down the stairs, "What d'you mean?"

Freya held up the newspaper clipping, "April 3rd."

Andi hurried down to look at the clipping. She looked back at Freya, "This could be any year, though. You have to have more reason to believe—"

"I also saw your mum." Freya blurted out.

Andi's eyes went wide, "Auror's are set up to patrol Hogwarts."

Freya walked along the thick treeline, waiting for all Hogwarts students to head back to the castle so she could look for something to eat. Andi didn't want to go and, to put it plainly, Freya didn't want her to go either. She looked too much like her dad to not be a liability.

She watched the two Aurors she knew about depart from The Three Broomsticks and she hurried to dart into the pub. With her fingers crossed, she hoped the maturity spell worked and she swiped food from tables and stuffed it in her pockets.

Then, she hurried quickly out the door and made her way back to Andi, scraps of food in her pockets.
