Hana got home around twenty minutes after she left Taehyung's apartment. She was so incredibly tired. Right after work that day, she had rushed home to get ready and do her makeup for dinner.

Yes, Hana was mad at Taehyung, but that didn't mean she'd show up to dinner looking like an ogre. She removed the makeup that she wore for work, and redid it. She changed into a mini black backless dress. One she knew Taehyung would like.

Honestly, part of Hana expected something to happen by the end of the night. In fact, she even wanted something to happen. By something, she meant sex. But what she didn't expect was for her to end up feeling unfulfilled.

"Fuck me and my stupid, pointless thoughts", Hana said to herself, frustrated as she took her heels off. She still couldn't believe what just happened. Instead of dwelling on it, she decided to shower. She felt disgusting, and tired.

After showering and brushing her teeth, Hana sat down at her desk hoping to get some work done. She sat with the wretched case files in front of her. The same ones she couldn't get her mind off of earlier.

"You've got to be fucking kidding me," Hana thought to herself, mentally groaning.

Now that she actually sat down to get some work done, she couldn't bring herself to do it. She mentally cursed to herself as she laid down on her bed. She stared at her ceiling for a second before reaching over to her nightstand and grabbing something from the drawer.

Her vibrator.

She pulled her pajama shorts down and turned the toy on. She sighed with pleasure as it made contact with her clit. She let her thoughts wander for a bit, and then her orgasm came. She sighed with relief, feeling somewhat fulfilled.

Hana's alarm went off at exactly 6:00 am. She groaned as she turned it off. She rubbed her eyes and got up. It was way too early for this. She had to get ready for work.

She stumbled into the bathroom and flicked the light switch on. She almost felt blinded by the sudden brightness. She ignored how her body ached from the physical stress she'd been put through recently, and began her regular morning routine.

Hana had hoped that a shower would help make her feel more alive. The warm water cascaded down her body, yet failed to wash away the stress and fatigue she had been feeling. Hana's mind wandered to the pile of case files waiting for her at work. The Smiths case was nearing its end, and she needed to be at the top of her game.

Hana ended up wearing a black tailored pencil skirt that fell a few inches above her knees, paired with a white blouse and a fitted blazer. She also wore some black heels, and her hair in a low ponytail.

Dressed and ready, Hana grabbed her coffee and headed out the door. She already felt drained. The city was super lively in the mornings, which contrasted everything she was feeling on the inside.

Hana drove to the firm, listening to some random podcast. As she got out of the car, she received a text.

"Good Morning ☀️"

It was from Taehyung. It made her smile. Hana's smile lingered as she walked into the office building, her heels clicking on the marble floor. She texted him back saying, "Good Morning 💕", then tucked her phone away.

As she approached her desk, her colleague and close friend Rachel greeted her with a warm smile.

"Hey Hana! Big day today right? The Smiths case is getting pretty heated," Rachel said as she plopped into the chair next to Hana's.
