23.A visit

"That's all."
Kamiko thought as the meeting came to a end.

"Do all meeting ends this quickly?"
Kamiko asked.

"No, not all of them. 'sighs' this can cause us some trouble in future. The north got a very bad idea. Anyway let's head back."
Toshi said.

"Of course."
Mizuki said.

As they were heading back. toshi said.
"Hey will you both wait here?,I got some work to do."

"Sure."
Kamiko said.
Kamiko was looking here and there admirering the inside of the building.
"I must say they did a good job making this place."

"Long Time no see, Miyazaki."
Somebody said as Mizuki and Kamiko's attention went him.

"It has."
Mizuki replied.
"Hey can you wait here ? I will back"
Mizuki said to Kamiko.

"Of course."
She said.
Mizuki was talking to someone in a distance. While Kamiko was standing alone."

"Great,now I am standing here alone. This is so awkward."
As she was standing her attention went towards two men arguing in a room near her
"Isn't that the person who came to represent west. And who's the other man. Are they arguing?"
Kamiko glanced her sounding and went towards the room. And stood beside to the wall, trying to hear them.

"Why don't you understand!? I am telling you, it's was all his doing!! It's all his fault! You know it too right!?"
The man said.

"I know."
The side-man of west's chief said.
"Then why didn't you told that in the meeting! The east didn't do anything."
He said.
"You think I am fool to tell that. What if he finds out, I am the who is going to be in danger. Think about it."
The side-man said as he pated his shoulder and left the room.

As Kamiko saw him leave she heard a noise as if someone fell down. She went to check. Inside she saw there was a guard in west's uniform. Sitting on the floor.
"Are You okay?!"
Kamiko asked.
"I am fine."
He said as he raised his head. Kamiko gave him her hand.
"Oh..Thank you miss."
"No problem. Are you doing ok?"
"Yeah yeah I am ok. Thanks for asking. I am from west."
"Oh...I'm from the east."
Kamiko said.
"I thought so. By looking at your uniform. And I saw you at the meeting"
"um...so this may sound weird but can I ask you some question out of my curiosity. If you don't mind?"
"Of course."
"Um....So was there any difference in your chief's behavior?"
"Yes, there was. Why do you ask?"
"Like I said just out of my curiosity. Anyway what kind of change?"
Kamiko said.
"Well...He used to be with his new friend a lot And he used to neglect his work. other then this I don't have much information about this"
He said.
"Last question by any chance do you know the name of this person?"
"I don't his first name but his last name is ishikawa."
"Thank you for answering my questions."
"No problem. So what are you doing here?"
"Oh....well...I was looking for something and got lost. Then I saw you. So i came to check."
Kamiko lied.
"Oh how considerate of you. thank you again. I would like help you find the thing your are looking for."
"No need, I can-"
As Kamiko was talking she glaced outside and saw Mizuki looking for her.
"Is something the matter?"
He asked.
"No no I seem to find the thing. Thanks for asking though."
Kamiko said pointing at Mizuki
As they walked out of the room.
"It's funny how the only thing we did was thank each other."
He said as he smiled looking at her."
"Yeah,your right."
Kamiko said as she smiled.
Then Mizuki saw them walking and stopped. Kamiko saw him and said.
"Well it was nice meeting you."
Kamiko said as she gave her hand for a handshake
"Of course, it was."
He said as he shacked her hand.
Kamiko waved at him and walked towards Mizuki.

"Who was that ?"
Mizuki asked.
"I don't know."
Kamiko answered.
"What do you mean you don't know. You where talking to him like you both know each other for years. You shouldn't talk to stranger so comfortably, princess"
Mizuki said.
"I am not a kid. But this stranger gave me some information that may be really handy."
As their were talking, toshi cam back.
"Okay, are you both ready? We will heading back now."
Toshi said to both of them.
"Okay."
Kamiko said.
