Part 1 Chapter 19 Preparing for the Storm

Drake's POV

Me and Mirai were at the gun range, she was trying to teach me how to use a gun. Since it was my first time ever using one. My first few shots...I hit nothing but air. But my next shot...grazed the target.

Mirai: "You've never used a gun before, have you?"

Drake: "Is it that obvious?"

Mirai: "Painfully."

Drake: "Well I knew you'd be the best one to teach me how to. That's why I asked you."

Mirai: *blushes* "Oh. I see, well you're right about that. Just follow my teachings and you'll be shooting like a pro in no time."

Drake: "Thanks."

She continued teaching me how to use a gun for a while, then we decided to take a little break. While on break we just talked about random things, like anime, video games, and other things like that.

Homura: "Hey Drake, you free right now?"

Drake: "Well Mirai was teaching me how to use a gun, but we decided to take a little break."

Mirai: "What's up Homura?"

Homura: "I was thinking about heading out into town for a bit, and I thought to bring you along."

Mirai: "Huh? How come you didn't invite any of us to... Oh, I get it now."

Homura: "Get what now?"

Mirai: *sly smirk* "Just the two of you, huh."

Homura: "What are you-!!!" *blushing* "NO IT'S NOT LIKE THAT!!!"

Drake: "Damn Homura, you're pretty bold."

Homura: "YOU WANT ME TO SLUG YOU!!!"

Drake: "If that's what you're into then-" *gets punched*

Short Time Later

The two of us are making our way through the city, mainly just walking around. I was currently rubbing my check that Homura punched, but other than that we were mainly walking in silence.

Homura: "Hey Drake."

Drake: "Hm."

Homura: "What's the difference between good and evil shinobi's?"

Drake: "Huh?"

Homura: "I mean, what are we even fighting for? Are we killing each other just because we have different bosses? I mean, when we fight, I want a better reason than just that."

Drake: "What's this about Homura?"

Homura: "Sorry, all my thoughts are a mess right now."

???: "Seems like something's troubling you."

We turned to see none other than the legendary shinobi Hanzo.

Drake: "Oh hey Hanzo."

Homura: "Wait the Hanzo!"

Drake: "Yes."

Homura: "As in the legendary shinobi Hanzo!"

Hanzo: "Yes. But I don't believe we've had the pleasure of meeting miss-"

Homura: "Homura."

Hanzo: "Ah, Homura the ho-mongus tits."

Drake: *baffled* "What?"

Homura turned around and began to walk away, but before I could say anything to stop her.

Hanzo: "Well since you're here, how about a nice sushi dinner?"
