Part 23 - Bleeding Hearts!!!!

The next morning everyone was late for breakfast considering all that happened last night........ except for Riddhima

Angre (confused and worried): Vansh where's Riddhu?

Vansh (sighing): She left in the morning saying she had some important meeting with a client

Breakfast was a silent affair and exhausted from all the happenings the past few weeks, Vansh and Kabir decided to take an off while Angre mentally prepared that he's going to leave the family again so he decided to spend some time with them as much as he can while Ishani was a silent spectator of all that's happening around......losing the desire even to live!!!!

And as expected by Ishani, Mr. Chowbey with his team, and 2 police personnel were in the mansion by afternoon...........seeing them she had nothing to say or considering all that happened last night and how Angre asked her not to interfere between him and his sister.....didn't he indirectly call her selfish!!!!!

Selfish!!!!! That's a big term to use.........Angre termed her as selfish when all she thought of was her love and his safety......all her life she stood by him always supporting him even when he decided to spend his life behind bars for his sister, she didn't say a word but by God's grace when he was back cant she for once think of her happiness just in a hope of getting her love in her life back!!!!! Just because she thought of having a beautiful life with her love revealed the truth, she's termed selfish...........doesn't she love Riddhima??? Damn!!!! Riddhima was as important to her as she did to Angre.........why didn't anyone think of the reason behind her actions, not even her own family who berated her for her impulsive reactions....... but why didn't anyone ask her or at least consider her feelings instead of blaming her; didn't she matter to anyone???? Neither to her family nor her love........why are they terming Angre's decision as a sacrifice, Riddhima's stubbornness as a fight for justice, and her love as SELFISH!!!!!!!

Ishani's reverie broke when she saw Angre greeting the advocates with a smile but she knew and also could feel the pain behind that smile, but alas........can she say or do anything instead of shedding silent tears in a corner!!!!

Angre: Mr. Chowbey, am sorry that you had to come all the way here.......if you could have called I'd have come to the station myself

Vansh (eying devastated Ishani) (sigh): Mr. Chowbey, isn't there a way out???

Angre (sad smile): There's no other way Vansh.....whatever is happening is for our own betterment!!!!

Kabir (eying Ishani): Our betterment Angre???? Angre, I know why you are letting all this happen but think before you speak...... you just cant term this as our betterment when we all know what all this for!!!!!

Angre understood the sarcasm and involuntarily his eyes went towards that person ............ and their eyes were yelling the pain his heart was carrying but can he do anything to help that pain fade?????

Angre's memories took him down the lane when he first realized his feelings for Ishani....... considering she's his best friend's sister he didn't feel weird or wrong to have those feelings for her as he felt that he was not committing a sin-loving her and he proved it by always treating her the way she was raised..........a PRINCESS!!!! In fact, she was his QUEEN!!!! All these years he stood by the vow he gave her at the beginning of their relationship...... a vow to protect and love her throughout his life!!!! Though he loved her immensely, he cant deny the fact that his love is in pain because of his decisions......whats her fault in all this???? She never asked him any riches, instead asked and craved for his presence in her life and what did she get???? Separation and pain????? Did she deserve this??? A BIG NO!!! His heart knows all she did was for him and she had nothing against Riddhima in fact she loved her immensely and never differentiated between his sister and her sisters ...... but his decisions are forcing him to give her this pain just because they loved each other!!!! Love was supposed to heal, but why is their love giving his love a sentence of pain and separation!!!!! Cant he heal her pain??? Of course he can but for that, he has to give that pain to his sister....... can he do that??? DAMN!!!! Why is it that he has to choose one among them and why cant he have both!!!! Why has Ishani suffered because of his decisions??? Why cant she lead a normal life like she desired and deserved????? Why is he so HELPLESS!!!!!!!!!!

He heard something that brought him back to reality ....... silently wiping a tear that escaped his eyes, he turned his focus back to the men who came

Chowbey: Sir, we aren't here to arrest you ........ instead (smiling) to give you this good news that, you are now free of all charges imposed on you and the court has proved you not guilty for what you did as they term that as self-defense and nothing else.

There was just pin-drop silence...... the silence that freaked everyone, not that they never wanted to hear this but when this finally happened, this seemed to be nothing but a dream!!!! Trying to figure out if what they heard was true or not, they sort of pinched themselves only to realize they weren't dreaming.........with reality stuck, their eyes brimmed with tears of happiness..... happiness which seemed to be lost from their lives for a few months now.

A silent sob brought everyone out from their shock....... Angre's eyes turned abruptly towards the direction and his legs involuntarily dragged his body towards the person at a fast pace, afraid his delay might break the already broken heart........reaching, he hugged her to his heart's content...... two broken hearts finally met making it a single soul in 2 different bodies..........maybe none can ever understand the pain of separation better than them, the fear of being separated again, the fear of not being able to hug or see each other once again...... that's true, none can ever understand what it means to stay away from your mate when all your life all you have learned is to love them unconditionally and never learned to live away from them!!!! Love isn't just a word, it's that emotion that binds 2 people with each other forever...... it comes with many compromises, responsibilities, relations...... and most importantly sacrifices!!! Sacrificing something for your love isn't a big task but sacrificing your love for responsibilities and relations is not a sacrifice but its supposed to be termed as a punishment and their hearts are....... BLEEDING HEARTS!!!!!!!
