The institute is basically a palace itself.. hundreds of buildings are connected to a tower like palace on the highest hill.. based on the ranking of royals the students lives in the palace the less powerful ones in the bottom part of the palace and the most powerful ones in the top of the main palace... but when the graduation ceremony is happening the whole palace is decorated and its quite a handful of work... Even the students of first year and second year is helping the decorators and making foods alongside preparing for performances..... But that's what they do every year what can they do spatial to please the next king of the most powerful kingdom...
Well the crown Prince Jeon jungkook himself is quite hard to please.. except for one way.. but they can't just do it...
