This story is based upon an Original Character, Astra Evans, who's a reclusive surgeon. Always constantly buried in work, having her walls constantly up, hoping that one day she may find someone that she truly finds comfort in. That's when she stumbles upon Chappell, a chance encounter after Chappell's admitted as her patient. How will Astra react seeing how Chappell's careful and playful energy causes her walls to come crumbling right down. As their bond deepens amidst the uncertainty of recovery, both women must confront their feelings and the implications of their connection. Will Astra choose to protect her heart, or will she take a chance on love when the stakes have never been higher?
