It was a week before y/n and her l brother went back to hogwarts .

"Come down stairs please !"

As y/n was about half way down the stairs to the dining room until she heard voices at the bottom .
"Hello narcissa "
"Hello Marcus "
"I have Brought someone "
"Is it about what we talked about 4 weeks ago "

They both walk into the kitchen and y/n walks down the rest of the stairs and enters the kitchen.at the table there is her dad Lucius , her mum narissa and her brother Draco and 3 other strange people looking at her as she slowly sat in her seat next to Draco .
"So y/n me and your Parents have decided that you will marry Tom "
"What ?"
"I think you heard me "
"Yeh I did but "
"No buts it's already been sighed "
At that moment Tom walks in and smirks at y/n as he already had a big crush on her since 4th year but her brother was always in the way protecting her so this was his chance . Marcus and his wife Anna place down 2 rings one for Tom and the other for y/n all that was left was to get y/n blood on her side of the contract to seal the deal they already had toms blood and her mum and dad's signature aswell at Tom's side .
"NO! I'm not marrying him"
"Why not doll ?" Tom replied with a smirk
"Because I - I want a reason "
"Well your family isn't doing financially well at the moment and needed lots of money to get them back on there feet so we made an agreement for 10 million gallons " Marcus said

Lucius grabbed hold of y/n as Marcus grabbed a blade from his pocket and sliced her hand open .y/n let out a sharp scream as her hand was cut and slammed on the contract on the table . It was done she was tom's .
