After doing some digging alongside Wooyoung that next night, the pair figured out who exactly had set them up for the trap with the military dogs. It made her blood boil and she had made Woo swear to keep it quiet for now. She just didn't want to stress out Hwa, knowing he was due in just under a month, barely three more weeks, possibly four but not likely. They would tell him at some point after the pups were here and things had settled. For now, she would handle it herself and ensure her family's safety.

What she had planned for the night was the very same reason they all hid their identities when out on jobs. No one knew who they were, not the police nor other packs. It kept them safe, kept them at the top of the ranks in the area. Kept them feared.

To anyone other than her pack, she was nothing more than a ghost while donning the Karma guise. There was no need for her to fear the consequences of her actions when no one knew her identity, and she was going to use that to her advantage.

Which was why she was slipping into another home through a window, moving quick to use a needle to prick two of the three males lying in bed. Her hand shot out to cover the mouth of the third as she shushed them, knelt on the bed and straddled the man in the middle.

"Sh sh sh, don't scream. I'm not here to hurt anyone, Jinnie, it's just a little conversation." Her voice was deeper due to the voice modulator, her full Karma gear on, slings having been tossed aside that morning.

"I was even kind enough to not use the paralytic on you, seeing as we don't know the effects it has on pregnancies." The man's eyes widened in shock, shifting to the man beside him before staring back up at her. "Ah, my apologies for ruining the surprise. Congrats though Joonie. Jin here is gonna make you a proud papa. That is, if you live long enough to see them."

Neither Namjoon or Yoongi could move a muscle, the paralytic she had injected would keep them frozen for a good hour but they would still hear everything.

"Now Joonie, I get that you want more power, more territory, but setting a trap for us to be arrested for something you are doing was the wrong call. See, if you ever bring my family harm again, I will take every single thing you hold dear from you and then I will leave your body so broken, you forget what it's like to eat solid food." She stared down the beta male she was straddling before shifting her gaze once more to Jin beside him.

"I do apologize for intruding Jinnie, but I did have to make it clear to your mate here that he does not want us as enemies. In fact, if he chose different...merchandise..to buy and sell, we could become very good partners even. I imagine you'd be very interested in taking a look at your mates books, seeing as I know you're unaware of what kind of shipments have been coming to the warehouse. Might be worth a look while they are still out."

Having said her peace, she backed up off the bed. "I truly am sorry it had to be this way Joon. Do keep what I said in mind."

She leapt out the window, grabbing the branch of a nearby tree and swinging to the next building, running along rooftops before taping her comm. "Cheshire? Anything?"

She jumped over an alley, grabbing onto the fire escape on the side of the building and pulling herself over. His voice rang through as she was running up the last few stairs. "Negative. All clear, Karma. Free to head back." She nodded to herself as she reached the rooftop, taking off running again.

Just to be safe, she took the long route, moving through the shadows before slipping in through the back door. "About time you got here! You were making me nervous." She smirked as she slid the mask off.

"Sorry Woo. Forgive me?"

She reached out for him but he smacked her hand away. "Don't you dare touch me till you get his scent off of you. You stink of rotten coconut." He turned on his heel, likely heading off for bed. She simply chuckled as she watched him leave.

Once she had all of her gear off she intended on heading towards the bathroom to shower as Woo had instructed, but that never happened. The moment she stepped into them living room, it became clear there was someone there waiting for her.

"My room, now."

With a sigh, she nodded and followed Captain back to his office, the door shutting and locking behind them.
