Siobhan went downstairs to the dining room and as she went to the dining room, she was shocked when she saw Chef Ramsay doing shadowboxing. Siobhan went slowly closer to him while he was shadowboxing. Then she taps his left shoulder to get his attention.

"Chef," said Siobhan.

Ramsay turned his head to look behind him and was startled to see Siobhan which prompted him to stop what he was doing.

"Siobhan!" said Ramsay startled.

Ramsay turned to face Siobhan and asked, "What are you doing here?"

"Well, long story short, I saw you boxing like throwing punches, so I want to join in the fun, Chef." Siobhan explained.

"Also, have you done boxing before like in a professional manner?" Siobhan asked.

"I have, Darling. I've been doing boxing for as long as I can remember." Ramsay answered.

Siobhan thought of another question before saying, "Can you teach me some boxing moves, Chef?"

Ramsay immediately said, "Sure, just let me get my things, Darling."

"Okay, Chef!" said Siobhan excitedly.

Ramsay left to get boxing equipment from his office.

A few minutes later...

Ramsay came back with the equipment which was the curved boxing mitts. He puts the mitts on, slams them together a couple of times, and holds his mitts out.

"Now, I want you to throw a punch as hard as you can, Alright Darling." said Ramsay as he explained.

"Alright, Chef!" said Siobhan.

"Ready, Go!"

Siobhan threw the softest punch on the mitt which made Ramsay disappointed.

"What was that? What kind of punch is that, Siobhan? Try again." said Ramsay.

Siobhan threw a punch again but a little harder this time which impressed Ramsay.

"Not bad, a little harder this time." said Ramsay.

"Alright, Chef." said Siobhan.

Siobhan threw a punch but much harder this time. "Good! Much better!" Ramsay complimented.

Siobhan threw a punch again.

"Good!"

And again, and again, and again.

"Alright, here comes the main event. Give it to me, Siobhan."

Siobhan threw the last few punches hard and fast on the mitts. Then when she gave the very last one, she accidentally punched him in the chest which he held his chest and groaned in pain afterward.

Siobhan was shocked and disbelief, and immediately asked, "Oh my goodness, Chef! Are you okay?!"

"Fuck! Yeah, I'm fine, Siobhan." Ramsay replied as he grimaced in pain.

"Let me get you some ice or frozen peas for your chest, Chef. So, I'll be right back." said Siobhan as she ran to the freezer.

A few minutes later...

Siobhan returned with the frozen pack of peas and said, "Take your shirt off, Chef."

"Alright," said Ramsay as he took off the mitts and then his shirt.

Siobhan gently placed the peas on his chest which soothe the fiery chef.

"How you're feeling, Chef?" Siobhan asked.
