Steve
In Wakanda
„Steve." Bucky went to him and hugged his best friend. „Hey Buck. It's good to see you. How's treatment going?" The doctors were trying to fix the chaos Hydra had made with his brain and it worked. It needed time but it started to work. „It's going good. But it needs time. So, how are you doing?" He smiled sadly. „I'm... I'm good." Bucky looked at him with a worried and knowing look. „You're not. You miss him. I'm not blind Steve. I see the way you look at him. I'm sorry that you were fighting because of me." He hugged him. „It's not your fault. I would always protect you. And yeah, I miss him. And how do I look at him?" Steve was suspicious. Was he really that obvious? Bucky laughed. „You look at him like he's the precioust person in the entire universe and like you're going to drool because you love him so much." Steve blushed. „I... uhm... What can I say? Well, yes I do. I never loved anyone so much like I love him." He smiled but then he turned sad. „But I ruined everything. Tony will never ever talk to me again. He hates me. And he would never ever love me. I mean... he has Pepper. He doesn't need me." Bucky put a hand on his shoulder and looked at him encouragingly. „I wouldn't be so sure about that." Steve decided to ignore these last few words because he didn't wanted to get his hopes up. „So... uhm... What about you and Natasha?" Now it was Bucky who blushed. „We kind of texting each other. I really like her. We already meet for a few times and I guess I'm lucky she likes me back." Steve smiled. „You two are making a really cute couple. You know that, right?" Bucky just smiled back.
A few days later
„Hi Steve.", Natasha looked at the blonde supersoldier. She was in Wakanda at the moment to spend some time with Bucky. „Hi. Nat Didn't saw you for a long time. It's good to see you." He smiled and hugged her. „So, does Tony know you're here? And how is he doing? How are you doing?" He asked worried and she answered with smile. „No, he doesn't know. He's missing you, but he's doing fine. And I'm doing pretty amazing. I mean, I have the best boyfriend in the world, so I really can't say anything else." She smiled a little more and he smiled back. „I'm so happy for the two of you. If someone deserves that happiness, than it's you and Buck. Enjoy what you have, enjoy every moment of it. I'm just sad, that I can't have this anymore." He smiled sadly and Nat hugged him again. „You could. You just have to tell Tony how you feel about him." He looked at her unbelievable. „Did Bucky told you that, or..." „I figured it out on myself. It's kinda obvious, I guess." He sighed. Damn, he never wanted to be that obvious. He hoped that Tony hadn't noticed it. Otherwise it would be a problem, wouldn't it? „See you later Steve. I'm going to get Bucky." She turned around and went to the house, T'Challa offered him and Bucky in Wakanda.
Bucky
„Hey Nat." He kissed her, when she came to him. „I missed you a lot." She kissed back and hugged him then. „I missed you too, but I'm here now and we can spend some time together. He looked at her questioning. „Do you want me to cook something for you?" She smiled. „Yes, please. I really like you cooking. You're good at it." He kissed her cheek and she blushed. He really was different, then all the others who just wanted her body. „Okay then. Let me surprise you." So he cooked her favorite food and a half hour later they were eating. „So... What are we gonna do about Steve and Tony? I mean, the first thing Steve asked about, was Tony.", Nat asked him. „I don't know, but we need a plan. I mean you said that Tony was in love with Steve, and I can tell you that Steve is in love with Tony. But I guess you already knew that. I mean, it's kinda obvious." Both smiled.
„Yes, it is. That's why we need to do something about it. Steve is miserable without him, even if he doesn't show it. But I know him and I hate to see him like this. I just want him to be happy." She answered: „Tony is acting the same. He's also doing miserable, but of course he says that he doesn't need Steve. But I know him better. He does. Should we tell the others to figure a plan out?" He sighed. „I don't want to betray my best friend, but we really have to do something to get these two together." „I agree. Buck?", she asked. „Yeah? What's wrong?" She smiled and he smiled back. „Nothing. Can we watch a movie and cuddle? I'm a bit tired." He hugged her and kissed her cheek. „Everything my girl wants." So they watched a movie and cuddled and when Steve came home later he found them asleep at the couch.
