OliveThe next morning I was feeling frustrated, sexually. I was able to get myself off after Thomas left, but that wasn't what I wanted. It didn't feel the same.
I was running late to work, which was rare for me. I called Brian to let him know that I'd be there soon and he pretended to be angry, but then laughed and made a joke about me being late even though I lived less than five minutes away.
Work went by smoothly, just a few customers for me until finally it was my lunch break.I stopped by Brian's office to let him know I was heading to the cafe.
"Hey, I'm heading out for lunch, you want anything?" I asked as I peeked my head into his office. Please say no.
"I'm good, thanks. Enjoy your break!"

It was about twenty minutes later and I was at Cupid's, sitting with Harry. Again.
"No way! That place is amazing, I've been a few times with my friend, Jo. We both loved it." Harry just told me that he worked as a chef at the restaurant down the block, The Hive. I really did love it there, though I've only been a handful of times. The food was to die for.
I missed Jo. Her name was Josie, but everyone always calls her Jo and she loves it. She's been traveling for the past couple of months so it's been a minute since I've seen her. She said she'd be back soon, though. I couldn't wait.
"Thank you, thank you. I take full credit for that." Harry laughed but I couldn't tell if he was joking or not. Though, if he was that good of a cook, I don't blame him for being cocky about it.
His smile was beautiful. His laugh was, too. I never would have thought that Harry would be so down to earth like this, but he was great. I actually think that he could hang out with my friends and I, when Jo got back.
Though it had only been a couple days of us hanging out here, Harry seemed to be getting more comfortable around me. I'd almost call us friends. Almost.
He has this quiet confidence about him that I find so sexy. Like he knows how attractive he is, but he doesn't flaunt it. I'm allowed to call him sexy, in my head. Thomas would never find out. And neither would Harry. I was so pent up sexually that I just couldn't help myself from drooling a little bit at the man in front of me.
You have a boyfriend. You have a boyfriend. You have a boyfriend.
Ah, yes, a boyfriend that barely touched me. I was so deprived. I don't know how much more I could take.
I had to put my attraction towards Harry aside. I really wanted us to be friends. Especially now that I know how cool he is. He'd be a great friend. Plus, he's probably not attracted to me. He knows I'm taken. Thomas. My boyfriend, Thomas. Can't forget about him, especially not when I'm around Harry.
"Good call on the cold brew today, by the way. It's fucking delicious." Harry damn near moaned when he took his first sip of his coffee. Since I had ordered the chai last time, he decided to order whatever I suggested. Today was a cold brew with milk and brown sugar.
"Right?! I can't believe you've never had a cold brew before today. You're here as much as I am."
He smiled, shaking his head, "I'm sorry, had no idea what I was missing."
"So how long is your lunch break? You seem to be here before I get here, and you're still here whenever I leave." I asked, out of curiosity. I had to start making my way back to work soon, and I kinda wish we could hangout some more.
"Um, however long I want really. Just as long as I'm back before the dinner crowd comes in. Some nights I work the whole dinner shift, but others I can get out before 8."
