***I said to him as we walked towards the office. I cleaned my table and he placed my things there. He sat down on the chair next to me ****

***He said then left. He is such a good and respectful boy. More of my colleagues walked in and we had some small talk. I was free for the morning period so I did my files and made sure that they were looking good. When that was done I went to the grade 12s class and they didn't look happy to see me.****

Class: yes
Me: alright can we do the corrections

***We got busy and then after that I went to another Grade 12 class for a double period then it was break time. I went to my car and drove to McDonalds with 2 colleagues, Mr. Nkosi (Bongani) and Mrs. Zuma (Lesego).***
Bongani: What are we getting?
Lesego: I am craving for KFC
Me: then let's do this. You will go to KFC and then Bongani and I will get McDonalds
Lesego: okay sharp
***She walked to KFC while we entered McDonalds. I ordered two big mac meals for Jabulani and I. Bongani got himself a meal and some nuggets. We paid and got our food thereafter.****
Bongani: You weren't at work yesterday right?
Me: yeah
Bongani: why not?
Me: Family responsibilities
Bongani: mmmmh
Me: let's go and meet Lesego halfway
Bongani: sure. Goa, you are beautiful
****I looked at him once and got into the car. He sat infront and then we went to KFC***
Bongani: Goa
Me: hmm
Bongani: Why does it seem like you are ignoring what I just said

****I kept quiet and sighed. I really do not have time for this. Lesego got into the car and I drove back to work. I found Jabu waiting outside the office. I gave him one packet. He hugged me and left****
Lesego: you love this boy neh
Me: Yeah, a lot
Rethabile: yah! yah! o kae yena!
***I know this voice too well. I turned around to see my mother approaching the office with the security and deputy principal behind her. ***
