"And that, students, is how the dinosaurs went extinct," the female teacher spoke as she led the group of teenagers past a giant dinosaur skeleton.

"Fuck, this museum trip is so boring," Mikaido shoved his hands in his pockets as they walked at the back of group of teens.

"Yeah but this is the only way Neo could get us close to the Minister," Matt replied, looking around at all the exhibits.

"Minister of what, again?"

"He's the Minister of Development, he's overseeing the potential deconstruction of The Undercity. You know, the place we sorta live in now," Matt explained.

"Oh yeah, that'd suck. Oh, a vending machine," Mikaido turned and walked towards a machine filled with chips and candy.

"Mikaido, we shouldn't run away from the group," Matt watched as the kid placed his hand on the machine and sent a spark through it. A bag of chips fell with a thunk and he reached down to grab it. "And we definitely shouldn't be using our Powers."

"Oh calm your tits," Mikaido said through a mouthful of chips. "No one's gonna see us. And what are they gonna do if they do? We can fuck up anyone who tries to get in our way."

"You're so annoying. Can we at least enjoy ourselves whole topside?"

"No. Fuck this place. If this wasn't a stealth mission, I'd burn this place to the ground."

Matt rolled his eyes as they continued back to the group, he looked around at the security guards that stood with their arms crossed, men and women all in purple uniforms, preventing them from accessing off limit areas. He hoped there wouldn't be one waiting for them up ahead, this was his first mission for The Undercity, he didn't want to mess anything up.

The group came to a large circular room that had corridors jutting off in each direction, a large whale skeleton hung from the ceiling in the center. The teacher instructed them to enjoy themselves for an hour before meeting back there to head back to school. Mikaido and Matt shared a nod before walking off down the right most corridor, coming to a door that read Staff Only. They slipped inside and found the scenery change from lino flooring to a red and orange carpet, the ceiling was normal height, and a string of closed red doors lined the room. They snuck down the corridor and found the door they were looking for, pushing it slightly open and creeping inside before anyone could see them. They found themselves in a room that housed floor to ceiling bookcases around the walls, large windows at one end of the room, and a desk with a chair that was swiveled around to face the wall. A man was sitting in it conversing with someone on the phone.

"No, I'm not funding mass genocide," the man spoke as he swiveled in his chair. He turned and faced the boys that stood in the center of the room, Mikaido had Lightning arcing between his fingers. "I'll call you back, Michele. Who are you?"

"Oh you know who we are," Mikaido stepped forwards and slammed his hands down on the desk, making the man jump. "Minister Byrant, Minister of Development, man who wants to destroy The Undercity."

"I... am simply trying to ensure our future generations have a place to grow up... where there aren't... dangers," the man gulped as he finished his sentence.

"Do I look dangerous to you?" Mikaido asked as he started to crackle with Lightning.

"You look like a kid who doesn't know what he's getting himself into," the Minister replied.

"I'M A KID WHO'S HOME AND EVERYTHING HE KNOWS IS ABOUT TO BE DESTROYED FOR A FEW DOLLARS!" Mikaido screamed as he leant in closer to the man, sparks jumping between his fingers. His eyes filled with an intense burning anger.
