If My Hero Academia (MHA) had a system similar to Air Gear and without quirks, the world would transform.
Technology Focus: Air Treks
In place of quirks, the central element would be the Air Treks—highly advanced motorized rollerblades that allow users to perform incredible feats. This tech would open up a whole new kind of physical ability, making battles and competitive events more focused on agility, speed, and skill rather than innate powers.
Schools like UA would likely be dedicated to perfecting Air Trek skills, teaching advanced control, aerial maneuvers, and combat techniques.
Heroes and villains would focus on mastering these devices, building teams or gangs that compete for territory or fame.
Hero Rankings would instead become competitions of Air Trek skill, where reputation is based on agility, tricks, and racing ability instead of heroic deeds.
Team-Based Conflict:
Instead of hero-villain dichotomy based on quirks, the conflict would revolve around teams of Air Trek users who challenge each other in battles or races for dominance. These groups would compete for control of territories (similar to how Storm Riders in Air Gear fight for territory and parts).
Pro Heroes could be highly skilled Air Trek users who patrol the streets and compete to defend certain territories from rogue teams or villains.
Villains could be street gangs or rebel groups using the tech for criminal activity or control of city blocks.
No Quirks, Pure Skill:
Without quirks, everyone would be on equal footing in terms of their physical capabilities. Success and power would come purely from hard-earned skills. Character progression would be more about upgrading equipment (like tuning Air Treks), mastering new techniques, and teamwork rather than unlocking new quirk abilities.
Training arcs would focus on building physical endurance, control over Air Treks, and strategic team battles.
Character abilities would depend on their riding style and personal upgrades (custom Air Treks with different abilities like flight, stealth, or extreme speed).
Different Character Roles:
Without quirks, characters' core abilities would shift.
Izuku, instead of being a quirkless hero, might start as someone with raw talent for Air Trek riding but little experience. His goal could be to build his team and rise to the top of the racing world.
Bakugo could be a rider who excels in speed and power-based tricks, using explosive acceleration.
Todoroki might have a style that blends grace and precision, focusing on balance and control between techniques rather than elemental power.
These are a few things that would be altered with the arrival of Air Treks over quirks.I hope you folks think it sounds good.

Title: "Sky's Edge"
In the heart of Musutafu City, the screeching sound of Air Treks slicing through the wind echoed in the streets. Neon lights reflected off polished asphalt as teams raced for supremacy. High above, suspended between skyscrapers, a team of young riders prepared for a showdown that would determine the fate of their territory.
Izuku Midoriya stood at the edge of a rooftop, his custom Air Treks buzzing beneath him. The wind tugged at his green jumpsuit, and his heart raced as he surveyed the course ahead. Below, the city stretched out in a grid of streets and alleys, ripe for racing. Tonight wasn’t just any night. It was a battle to defend their home turf from a notorious gang of rogue riders.
