Hero Name: Runebreaker

Quirk: Inscribe(OFA)

Empowered Inscription: Izuku can inscribe runes or symbols onto any surface (weapons, objects, the ground, or even people), using his finger or other tools. These runes can activate various effects like enhancing strength, creating barriers, or setting traps. One for All powers amplify the rune effects and speed of inscription.

Energy Amplification: The immense energy from OFA supercharges the runes, allowing for longer durations, stronger effects, and faster inscription even in battle.

Physical Buffs: OFA grants Izuku enhanced strength, speed, and reflexes, allowing him to carve runes with precision, even in tough materials like stone or metal, without losing momentum in combat.

Support and Strategy: Runes can be used to empower allies or debilitate enemies, giving Izuku a versatile combat style. He can quickly inscribe runes onto his comrades to boost their abilities, or set up traps and defensive barriers.

Quirk Synergy: Runes can be combined with OFA quirks like Blackwhip to inscribe from a distance or on moving targets, making the quirk even more versatile in different combat scenarios.

This combined Inscribe-OFA quirk allows Izuku to be both a powerhouse and a tactician, balancing raw power with strategy and versatility.

Title: "The Runebreaker"

The city was under siege. Shadows loomed over the skyline as Nomu after Nomu flooded the streets, tearing through anything in their path. Amid the chaos, Izuku Midoriya, now known as The Runebreaker, sprinted through the smoke and fire, his black trench coat billowing behind him.

His Quirk, One for All: Inscribe, burned in his veins. Every step he took pulsed with energy, fueling both his body and the intricate runes that he carved into the world around him. Ahead, a massive, hulking Nomu charged forward, its eyes locked on a group of civilians trapped beneath a collapsed building.

Izuku’s green eyes narrowed. With a quick motion, he thrust his gloved hand onto the ground. His finger cut into the cracked asphalt, tracing glowing blue-green lines with perfect precision. The rune he inscribed was intricate, shaped like a shield interwoven with defensive symbols. As he finished, the ground beneath the civilians shimmered, rising into a glowing barrier just before the Nomu’s crushing fist could strike.

“Barrier secure,” he muttered under his breath, leaping forward with Full Cowling at 30%. His enhanced speed left a green lightning trail as he launched himself toward the Nomu, who was now pounding uselessly against the rune-crafted shield.

Landing in front of the creature, Izuku wasted no time. His gloved hand grazed the surface of his sword, an obsidian-black blade strapped to his back. As he touched it, he began to inscribe another rune along the blade’s edge. This one was designed for power—a glyph for "destruction."

Energy crackled through his fingertips as the glowing symbol etched into the sword. The rune pulsed, synchronized with OFA, charging the sword with destructive force.

“It's over!” he roared, bringing the blade down in a single, fluid arc.

The rune flared to life, and the moment the sword struck the Nomu’s arm, it disintegrated in a flash of energy. The creature howled, stumbling back, its limb turned to ash. Izuku didn’t stop. He pivoted, inscribing a speed rune onto his own boots in a split second. His body shot forward with lightning-fast reflexes, striking again—this time at the Nomu’s core.

The beast collapsed, defeated.

Izuku’s breaths came hard, but there was no time to rest. More Nomu were swarming the area. He had to be faster, smarter.

“Izuku!” a voice called out. It was Uraraka, hovering above, eyes wide with worry. “There are more in the west district, they need backup!”

Nodding, Izuku carved a quick rune into the ground beneath his feet. It was simple, a teleportation sigil—one of the first he’d mastered. With a flash of light, he vanished from the spot, reappearing a few streets away where the fight was far from over.

As he arrived, his sword glowed with energy, and the air around him shimmered with rune after rune. The Runebreaker was in full control now. The power of One for All and the power of his inscriptions surged through him as one.

The Nomu didn’t stand a chance.

Izuku slashed through the battlefield like a whirlwind, each movement guided by the runes he carved in a heartbeat. He was a force of nature—an unstoppable hero who fought not just with strength, but with intelligence and precision.

And for every symbol he inscribed, the city knew one thing: hope had arrived.

The Runebreaker had risen.
