I know I'd promised like two months ago that I'd edit and update this story, and I started to, I really did. However, life has been a series of unfortunate events for me since then and I'm now in a position where I hardly have the time to write and when I do find the time, my mind is in such disarray that nothing creative flows. I feel horrible that I started this story over a year ago and it is nowhere near completed. I feel horrible that I can't even begin to work on anything new either to at least offer as a distraction.
I'm hoping that at some point soon I'll come back to this and finish what I started. I'm also hoping that I get to write more and share those stories with anyone looking for something to read. But for now, a cold embrace will remain just as it is for a little while longer.
