"Well, not much we can do but look around ." Thunder said kicking pebbles.
"Yeah i guess so, but im hungry." Rylee said staring at the blade of grass.
"Well what are we gonna eat. Theres nothing edible down here!" Thunder said.
Then a green creature moved by them and walked up a piece of grass.
"Little alien?" Thunder said.
"No its an Aphid and they are edible." Rylee said staring at it.
"How are we gonna get it were literally 1/16th the size of the blade of grass he is on." Thunder said.
"I might need help with this." Rylee said
Thunder held Rylee up. Rylee used his axe to cut pieces in the grass and climbed up the grass.
"If he jumps be ready!" Rylee shouted.
Rylee threw his axe at the aphid hitting it directly and killing it. The body fell directly to the ground and then Thunder caught it.
"Great set it down now ima need you to catch me. Im gonna slide down this grass." Rylee said
"Okay on the count of three! One! Two! Three! Thunder said"
Immediantly at three Rylee let go and started sliding down. Thunder caught Rylee and set him down.
"Thank you Thunder." Rylee said looking at his beautiful eyes.
"Not a problem Rylee." Said thunder.
"How are we gonna cook it; or is it edible uncooked?" Asked Thunder while looking at the dead green creature.
"Well if we eat it we risk disease. But i know that sap is flammable and i know how to create a fire. Flint and metal or stone work well." Said Rylee looking at the sap on a very small branch.
"Well how can i help?" Thunder asked.
"Well you needa get more mini rocks to create a more controlled fire." Said Rylee.
"Well okay then." Said Thunder.
Note this book will sometimes switch povs this pov was currently in narrator, now we are gonna follow Thunder. You will see his thoughts and reactions well in chapter three gotta leave you on a cliffhanger!
