Getting a little injured on a mission isn't anything new for me, but this time, it was worse. Normally, I can easily kill my targets, but this time, I couldn't focus enough on the fight since I had to protect some kids that got kidnapped by my targets. I know how much Claude and Vicky hate it when I get hurt, and Victoria has also asked me so many times if she could come with me, but I always tell her no. I don't want them to get hurt because of a mission of mine. I chose to be a mercenary, not them. Claude is the best cleric I know and have to admit, I may or may not have a HUGE crush on him, I know he'd never return those feelings, tho. But now I have to go see him so he can help me with my injuries. A few broken ribs, some open wounds here and there, and some scars and scratches. Damn, Claude is gonna kill me.

Now I'm here standing in front of Claude's place and regretting my life choices. After I knock on the door and hear a "come in," I slowly walk into his place.

(3rd person pov)
"How can I help you-WHAT THE FUCK" Claude says once looking up from his notes. Yep, You're fucked. "WHAT THE HELL HAPPEND TO YOU?!?!?" Claude dashes towards you and helps you get to one of his hospital beds (idk what else to call it)."Ehe, ummm, sorry?". He sighs, "I thought I told you to be careful." He gently helps you take off your clothes to take a look at your wounds. "It's worse than last time...... what happened?".
"Got jumped by a LOT of people from behind me, I guess you can say that I got pretty lucky......... but don't worry Claude, I'll be fineee after all, I have a wonderful cleric to help me". You teased him, but still helped him take care of you as best as you could. " You're as reckless as always......*sigh* please tell one of us next time you get a mission, I can come with you and make sure you don't get hurt this badly anymore..........I can't lose you too Y/n, so please, be more careful." He softly says while making sure to gently wrap the bandages around you. You softly smile at him, " I know Claude.... I'm sorry, I'll be more careful from now on.... I promise." You say with a firm voice, trying to let him know how serious you are.
He looks deeply into your eyes, his filled with worry but softening the longer he looks at you. Slowly and gently brushing a stray strand of hair out of your face, cupping your cheek as you lean into his touch. Getting closer and closer to each other, closing your eyes as you feel his soft lips on yours. You melt into his kiss, leaning into him a bit more. Both of you thinking the same thing: "Finally."
