Today will be a surprise
Because I'll be home in a few.
I finish work earlier than I expected
It means I've got more time to spend with you.I got the afternoon off
And I have it all planned.
As soon as I get home
We will have lots of fun.Stepped into the house
You're nowhere to be found.
I thought maybe you are napping
So to our room I am bound."Oh god," I heard
Along with a moan.
I opened the door
Surprised, you're not alone."Babe what are you doing?
I thought you were coming home late"
I watched you two covering yourselves
As my love was replaced by hateCan't say I remember what happened next
I must have gone in a rampage
I think there was some screams and struggles
I know for sure I was enraged.I laid down a bit dazed,
Wondering how long you've kept your secret.
You made me think you were loyal
At least once did you feel regret? Now I lay here heart broken
In our sheets that are now red
In between both your bodies
Surprise darling! Now you're dead.(A/N: This poem was actually inspired from one of the discussions in the poetry club. I hope you enjoyed reading it as much as I enjoyed writing it. Also thank you to everyone who has read and voted so far. All of you are awesome)
