Prizes to win

Sooooo, it's finally time to tell you a little bit more about the prizes you could win when you take part in this contest.

Since I'm doing this contest with a good friend of mine, there are a few prizes we can for sure make happen.

Of course the prizes are limited and will be defined when judging your story.

But how does that all work in general ? And what happens when you submit your story via the submission form?

Let's answer your questions and take a look at the possible prizes you could win......

What happens once I submitted my story via the form?

After you submitted your story, it will be added to the readinglist that can be found on my profile. Once your story is on there, it means it's officially taking part in this contest.

The judges – me and my friend, will then proceed with reading your story over the course of the next few weeks.

Depending on how many stories are being submitted, since everyone is free to submit as many stories as they like, it can take a while to go through all the stories.

What do the judges do when judging a story?

The judges are simply looking at a few key points when reading the story.

Grammar, spelling, the idea behind the story and overall how you wrote it are just a few of the things the judges do. But don't worry, just because you bad at grammar doesn't mean you can't possible win. The judges focus more on the Spooky Vibes

How do I get the sticker for my book?

Once you submitted your story via the form, your email address is visible to us. We will contact you via email and send you the picture of the sticker. Simply add the sticker to your cover and if you have problems with that, feel free to respond to the mail and we will add it for you and send it right back to you

What prizes can I win?

Depending on which number of winner you are, you can win different things. The three main winners are winning a printed copy of their story as well as help to distribute their book to bookstores and online stores to sell it (if it's not a fanfic of course)

But many other prizes are currently being considered such as giftcards for certain stores like Amazon and more, Proofreading services, Cover designs and more to come.

Also, each winner – despite being a number one winner or less, will be taking part in a small interview where we ask you some questions about your book, the idea behind it and stuff like that. All interviews will be published in the contest book once the contest closed. They also will be uploaded next year for references for new writers and participants.
