"What the hell was that Antinous?" Iciro asked Antinous as he entered the halls.
"What was what?" He asked as he grinned.
"That fight! What in the world of Hades was that!? That wasn't even a fair fight!! Why did you provoke Telemachus like that!?"
"Wasn't fair?"
"You and I both know he can't fight!!"
"Well, he's the one who thought he could take me."
"THAT'S NO-"
Iciro took a deep breath. Honestly, he had to because he knew he was bound to say something extremely rude at this point.
"What else did you say to him?"
"What do you mean?"
"What else did you say...to him Antinous? He looked pissed...like extremely pissed off. And I know you already called his mom a tramp!! What else did you say to him?!"
Antinous' grin grew into a mischievous smile.
"I asked him to open her room."
Open her room...? Why would Telemachus get mad because of a simple question like that? Iciro thought for a moment...and suddenly all the dots started to connect.
"YOU BASTARD!!" Iciro screamed.
"What did you ju-"
"NO...YOU DON'T GET TO TALK ANYMORE FOR I AM THE ONE WHO'S SPEAKING!!"
Antinous was taken back by Iciro's words...and how strong and angry his voice sounded. He never heard...let alone saw Iciro this mad.
"WHY WOULD EVER THINK...IT IS A GOOD IDEA TO TELL SOMEONE'S SON...LET ALONE THE QUEEN'S SON TO OPEN HER DOORS SO YOU CAN ENTER THEM?!"
"There's no harm in a statement like that." Antinous said quietly as he tried to keep up his smuggish demeanor.
"WE BOTH KNOW WHAT YOU WERE HINTING AT!! DON'T PLAY ME FOR A FOOL!! I KNOW WHAT YOU MEANT!! YOU WANT HURT HER ......TRAUMATIZE HER...TAKE AWAY HER INNOCENCE AND VIRTUE!! WELL, I'LL HAVE YOU KNOW I WILL NOT LET THAT HAPPEN!!...EVER!!"
"And what exactly will you do...Little Mouse?"
Iciro paused for a second.
"If you ever so lay one finger on the queen and or harm the prince again...." Iciro said as he glared deep into Antinous' soul.
"You will DIE BY MY HANDS!!"
Antinous froze. He hadn't been scared of anything since he became a suitor...but in this very moment he was terrified. Terrified of a man that was shorter than him...smaller than him. It pissed him off...but he knew if he even breathed wrong, he would probably die right then and there. And that fact honestly pissed him off more.
"You're starting to get a bit too bold Little Mouse." He spoke.
"I'm not the same person from eight years ago..."
He starred at Iciro...for he was right. When they first met Iciro was scared of him but now...now the tables have turned. It was at that moment Antinous realized...that Iciro was no longer afraid.
