Many of the characters and places in this story are owned by DC Comics; I own only the plot and my character, Reyna and others who aren't part of the DC universe. Events influence these characters and many of the events in the comics but do not take place in the timeline of the comics; instead, they are informed by critical events in the Bat family's various comic book arcs.
This story deals with the League of Assassins, particularly in the first twenty chapters, and Jason's resurrection as the Red Hood. As a result, characters will sometimes be badly injured, and manipulation tactics will be seen. Themes of abuse will be present throughout. I have also portrayed a very grim Gotham, and I've not been the kindest to Bruce's character. Reader decirection is advised, and the audiance is probably fifteen plus more than the lower end of the young adult audience. Swearing, if it appears, will be astrixed.
